Nowadays,with the rapid development of the Internet industry and information and communication tools,the online education industry is changing with each passing day.As an important way of extra-curricular learning,online education provides people with more convenient access to knowledge,more personalized continuing education and more comprehensive means of self-improvement.In the information age of the acceleration of the development of the knowledge economy and the rapid rise of educational industrialization,under the background of the country's vigorous advocacy of building a learning society and improving the quality of citizens,it has gradually become the rigid demand of the whole society.As a training institution that started online education earlier in China,K Company's online education creating several industry leaders with strong support from K Group.Facing increasingly fierce competition and the fast changing market of business model,the development of online education of K company has new opportunities and new risks and competitive pressures.Under the fierce competition of online education group,K Company's online education needs to adapt to the market through strategy challenge and take the lead in the industry by integrating resources.The main theory and analysis tools used in this paper are: enterprise strategic management theory,enterprise development strategy,industry and expert conclusions,PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,five-force model analysis,and so on,which are summarized by the industry.In addition,a comprehensive analysis of the four external factors,namely,political environment,economic situation,social factors and technical issues,is also carried out.To master the internal and external advantages of K Company,such as background,core competence and capability.Finally,the author sums up the whole analysis,clarifies the most suitable strategic orientation for the Department's future development,and formulates the corresponding safeguard measures.Based on the above analysis,we conclude that K Company's online education market has more opportunities than the threats it faces in the development of the market.The conclusion is: compared with the market average,its internal advantage is more obvious.Based on the strengths of the Division's online education platform and the existing technical support,and based on the findings of the SWOT analysis,The best model S2 B mode is given to realize the high matching of "master" and "student",and the complete construction of the learning ecology circle is realized by using different forms of on-line service.To ensure that it is able to respond to various market emergencies and crises in a calm manner,constantly optimize and adjust the strategic deployment plan to ensure that its market position is highly stable and its competitiveness is constantly improving.In the end,this paper puts forward six guarantee measures for the implementation of online education strategy of K Company,the brand,system,manpower,innovation,financial resources,culture and so on.This paper puts forward the strategic development plan for K Company's online education and gives the prospect for the company's future development.
