With the development of social economy in the process of modernization,the divorce rate is increasing,and the number of single parent families is also increasing year by year.Related to this,in recent years,the problem of children from single-parent families has been exposed,arousing the attention of all walks of life.In the process of social work practice,the author has conducted in-depth research on single-parent families,and found that the generation of children’s problems in singleparent families has an important relationship with their families,and the state,interaction and emotional connection between family members are of great significance to the healthy growth of children,family harmony and social development.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the bad parent-child relationship in single-parent families.From the perspective of social work,this paper makes an interventional study on the parent-child relationship of single parent families.Through a large number of literature research,as well as in-depth interviews,visits and questionnaires to the service objects,this paper analyzes the parent-child status of single-parent families,summarizes four forms of bad parent-child relationship in single-parent families,and analyzes the factors affecting the parent-child relationship in single-parent families from three dimensions of family,school and society.Based on H organization and the needs of service objects,the author has formulated corresponding service plans.With the goal of improving parent-child relationship of single-parent families,the author uses the working method of parallel groups,based on family communication theory,family system theory and cognitive behavior theory,and carries out intervention activities for the parent-child relationship of single-parent families with problems,so as to promote the formation of good interaction between parents and children.So as to improve the bad parent-child relationship of single parent families.Through the process and result evaluation of the implementation effect of the whole group project,the relationship between the involved parents and their children has been alleviated,which proves that the intervention method of parallel groups has a positive effect on the improvement of parent-child relationship in single parent families.Finally,the implementation process of the whole group project was summarized and reflected,and it was found that there were certain deficiencies in the number of participants involved and the duration of the group activity,which needed to be improved.In addition,based on the preliminary investigation results and the whole intervention process,relevant suggestions are put forward from family,school and society.Parents should improve their parenting ability and learn to actively create a good family atmosphere.The school establishes a home-school joint mechanism to create a beautiful campus for children’s growth;The society forms a good public opinion environment and optimizes the social environment,hoping to better promote the solution of parent-child relationship in single-parent families by mobilizing various forces. |
