Research On Labor Value Education Of College Students In The New Era

Labor is a purposeful and conscious practice of human beings.It can create value and is the source of all wealth.China’s socialism is in an important period of construction,and labor plays a positive role in promoting China’s social development and helping China become a great socialist country.The labor values of college students affect the process of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and relate to the growth of college students themselves.However,due to the impact of hedonism and utilitarianism,some college students’ labor values have problems such as inaccurate value judgment and utilitarian value orientation.Therefore,colleges and universities should consciously undertake the task of labor values education and include it in the focus of ideological and political education.Based on this,this paper takes the labor values education of college students in the new era as the research topic,from four aspects to study this topic.The first part mainly expounds the basic theoretical problems.This paper defines the connotation of labor,labor values,labor values in the new era,and labor values education for college students in the new era and expounds its characteristics in the new era.On this basis,this paper expounds the significance of labor values education in the new era from three aspects: the construction of social atmosphere,the implementation of university work and the personal development.The second part mainly explores the theoretical basis of college students’ labor values education.It lays a solid foundation for the research of this topic to dig deeply the labor value and labor virtue thought in Chinese traditional culture,the labor value and education thought of Marxism,and the labor value and education thought of Chinese Marxists.The third part mainly expounds the current situation and reasons of the labor values education of college students in the new era.This part through the way of questionnaire,from the recognition of labor value,labor value judgment,labor value choice three angles to elucidate the current situation of college students labor values.Based on three perspectives of family,society and university,this paper expounds the current situation of labor values education from positive and negative aspects.On this basis,this paper analyzes the reasons of society,school,family and individual that lead to problems in labor values education.The fourth part mainly expounds the path of labor values education for college students in the new era.Based on the analysis of the current situation of labor values education for college students and the reasons for the existing problems,this paper probes into the specific path of labor values education from four aspects: educational content,educational carrier,educational environment and educational force.
