Study On The Value And Path Of Cultivating Model Worker Spirit Into College Students’ Labor Values In The New Era

The model worker is a model of the Times.There is much to learn from the model worker.The model worker spirit enriches the national spirit connotation,is our extremely precious spiritual wealth.Therefore,we should carry forward the model worker spirit among college students and lead them to advocate,respect and love Labor.The model worker is a model of society,and some of the spirit of the model worker is worth learning and using for reference by Contemporary College Students.However,with the development and progress of society,as well as in the information environment and the influence of Western ideological trends,resulting in contemporary college students did not inherit the spirit of the model worker,for example,the thoughts of some college students deviate from the mainstream values,and the bad ethos such as hedonism,money worship,self-interest begins to spread.Part of the poor working habits of college students,do not respect the work of others,eager to get something for nothing.Starting with the interpretation of the connotation of the model worker spirit and labor values in the new era,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the Labor values of contemporary college students and their causes through a questionnaire survey,it also puts forward the way to cultivate the model worker spirit and integrate it into the work values of college students.This article is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of this paper,mainly discusses the research purposes and significance of this paper,a comprehensive analysis has been made of the views and opinions at home and abroad on the work model spirit,after the synthesis has drawn on many authors’ research results,has refined this article the innovation place.The second chapter is to define the basic concepts of the model worker spirit and labor values in the new era,having made clear the connotation of the model worker spirit and the Labor values in the new era,and analyzed the characteristic and the development course of the model worker spirit.The third chapter is to analyze the problems and causes of the integration of the model worker spirit into college students’ labor values,the analysis shows that the college students’ labor-loving view of labor virtue is indifferent,the Labor creation view which is brave to innovate is insufficient,the Labor Justice view which is indifferent to fame and wealth is not enough,the Concept of Labor happiness of striving and enterprising is not strong.The Fourth Chapter is the research on the value and path of cultivating the work model spirit into the work values of university students,first of all,it is concluded that the integration of model worker spirit into college students’ labor values is conducive to leading college students’ value orientation,enriching the teaching resources of ideological and Political Education,giving college students the power to set an example.Then from the social,ideological and political education,the individual and the family four aspects as a whole model for the spirit of work into the university students labor values solution.
