The spirit of model workers is the practical product of the vast number of model workers,which not only highlights the great spiritual character of model workers,but also is an important spiritual force that calls on ordinary workers to continue to advance.As an emerging labor group,young college students put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of labor literacy and labor skills.At the same time,integrating the spirit of model workers into the labor skills.At the same time,integrating the spirit of model workers into the labor education of college students is an inevitable requirement for comprehensively implementing the party’s education policy and cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors.Therefore,colleges and universities should actively carry forward the spirit of model workers,make full use of the touching deeds of model workers,enrich the content of labor education,improve the effect of labor education,and let university students grow into knowledge-based and skilled workers.At the same time,actively promoting the spirit of model workers in labor education is conducive to the all-round development of college students.On the basis of sorting out the historical context of the development of model worker spirit,this paper analyzes the essential connotation and theoretical content of model worker spirit,and reveals the theoretical basis and practical significance of integrating model worker spirit into labor education.On the one hand,the relevant documents issued by the party and the state on promoting the spirit of model workers have provided important policy support for the integration of education between the two from the theoretical level.On the other hand,the majority of model workers play an exemplary role for college students and can improve their labor awareness,which provides a realistic basis for the integration of education between the two from the level of practical value.Through the questionnaire,it was found that colleges and universities in Kunming have achieved good results in integrating the spirit of model workers into labor education: first,they have created a good teaching environment that integrates the spirit of model workers;the second is to expand the ways to integrate into the spirit of model workers;Third,it strengthens students’ identification with the spirit of model workers.However,due to various constraints,colleges and universities in Kunming still face some difficulties in the process of integrating the spirit of model workers into labor education: first,the curriculum for integrating the spirit of model workers is not systematic enough;Second,the teaching methods integrated into the spirit of model workers are not innovative;Third,the content of integrating and integrating the spirit of model workers is not deep enough;Fourth,the activities of integrating and integrating the spirit of model workers are not rich enough.Based on this,this paper takes the curriculum,teaching methods,practical links and condition guarantee of the integration of the two education as the countermeasures,and specifically puts forward targeted countermeasures from the four practical levels of optimizing the labor education curriculum system,building a new platform for integrating into labor education,expanding the activity channels for integrating into labor education,and improving the condition guarantee mechanism for integrating the spirit of model workers.It is hoped that through the implementation of these four specific measures,the spirit of model workers can be better integrated into labor education.Through the above analysis and research,the following basic conclusions have been drawn: First,the premise of integrating the spirit of model workers is to strengthen the publicity and education of the spirit of model workers and broaden the publicity channels;Second,in the process of integration,we should pay more attention to the development needs of college students,adopt innovative teaching methods in a way that college students are willing to accept,enhance their interest in learning,let them deeply feel the charm of model workers,and take the initiative to learn from model workers;Third,the integration of education between the two is a long-term process,which requires colleges and universities to keep pace with the times and gradually follow the development characteristics of college students. |
