Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of College Students’ Labor Values In The New Era

Labor is the only means to maintain human self-survival and development,the most basic and important social practice activity in human social life,as well as a unique form and special way of human movement,which has far-reaching significance for national prosperity,social development and human progress.As witnesses and participants in the process of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,college students in the new era are also the driving force of the cause of socialist modernization and construction.Whether their labor values are correct or not is directly related to their overall development and affects the future labor value orientation of the whole society.Since the 18 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly made profound exposition on the value of labor and the spirit of labor,which has enriched the connotation of labor values in the new era and put forward new requirements for college students in the new eraOn the basis of studying the basic theory of labor values and drawing on the idea of labor values in the excellent Chinese traditional culture,this paper combines the current situation of labor values of college students and deeply explores the countermeasures for cultivating labor values of college students in the context of the new era.The content of this paper consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which focuses on the research background and significance of this paper,compares and summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and elaborates the innovation of this paper.The second part firstly expounds the concept of labor values,secondly discusses the necessity of cultivating labor values among college students in the new era,and finally discusses the theoretical basis needed for the study of labor values theory.The third part is to investigate the current situation of labor values of college students in the new era.Although the current labor education achievements in colleges and universities have achieved certain results and college students show certain positive performance in daily life and social labor,there are still problems such as inert labor dynamics,labor goals tend to be utilitarian,lack of labor spirit and contempt for manual labor and manual laborers,and analyze the existing problems based on The fourth part is to analyze the causes behind the problems.The fourth part mainly proposes countermeasures to the problems of labor values of some college students,specifically through strengthening theoretical education on labor values cultivation,carrying out practical education on labor values,innovating ways and methods of labor values cultivation,and establishing a tripartite cultivation synergy mechanism with the cooperation of society,school and family.
