Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.This is a pioneering and enterprising,innovative and developmental era with the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the new era,on all fronts new advances have been made for the cause of the Party and the country,and new requirements have been put forward for patriotism education."Patriotism" seems to be a cliche,but in fact,it has a profound meaning.It is in line with the new era and has been given a new definition,which also gives "patriotism" a new connotation and a new way of thinking about "patriotism education".Based on the new background,patriotism education has new opportunities and challenges.The influence of various social erroneous thoughts,the harm of bad online speech,and the personality characteristics of the students who are born after 2000,all need to vigorously promote the integrated construction of patriotism education in universities and colleges,middle schools,primary schools and kindergartens.The students from kindergarten to university should accept systematic and gradual patriotism education,and gradually grow into the newcomers who love the motherland,the party,the people and the socialism.According to the new goals and requirements of patriotism education in the new era,the integration of patriotism education in the new era is an education and teaching system that integrates vertical and horizontal elements,so gradually cultivate the new generation with love,faith,ambition and dream.According to the survey,many achievements have been made in the integration of patriotism education in Chengdu,including the government and school leaders’ high attention,the formation of normalization and institutionalization,the integration of stipulating patriotism education goals,the integration of setting patriotism education content and the integration of innovating patriotism education methods.But at the same time,it also highlights some problems,such as the consistency of conception and cognition remains to be achieved,the depth of organization and management remains to be promoted,the synergy of combined education remains to be strengthened,the innovation of carrier application remains to be improved,and the diversity of assessment and evaluation remains to be explored.These problems are mainly caused by the deep-rooted idea of exam-oriented education,the lack of system and mechanism,the lack of integration of resources,the lack of medium adaptation and the limitation of traditional evaluation concepts.To improve the integration of patriotism education in the new era,we should start from five aspects: breaking through the conceptual barriers,strengthening the top-level design,integrating the advantages of all sides,creating media accurately,and changing the evaluation concept,which continuously promote the integration construction of patriotism education concept,management,resources,carrier and evaluation in the new era.
