Ideological and political theory course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of "building morality and cultivating people",which runs through the whole process of "upgrading of learning stage" from primary school to secondary school and then to university.To promote the integrated construction of ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools as a whole is an important measure for the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses in schools in the new era and the connotative development of ideological and political course construction.It is also a major systematic project to comprehensively,reasonably and effectively play the role of ideological and political education in educating people.Focusing on the effective integration of "ideological and political courses" in universities,middle schools and primary schools is not only the need to implement the fundamental task of "building morality and cultivating people" and cultivate "new people of the era",but also the need to reflect the "rational" nature of ideological and political courses,play the role of "main channel" of ideological and political courses,and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.To explore the "essence of integration" is a prerequisite for clarifying the effective connection of ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools.The reason why ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools need to be "integrated" is that the previous ideological and political courses have not formed an "integrated" situation in each stage,that is,there is separation between ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools.The existing state of separation is a real obstacle to the realization of "integration".At the same time,there are differences between the ideological and political courses the perspective of practice,explore the strategies for effective connection of ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools.The construction of the integrated and effective connection comprehensive mode of ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools is the final destination of ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools from "separation" to "connection".The "integration" constructed is a three-dimensional and systematic project that includes "vertical integration","horizontal integration",and "external assistance three-dimensional".The "vertical integration" is based on the effective connection of the "inter-segmental relationship".The primary school is closely connected with the secondary school,and the secondary school is closely connected with the university,with a spiral trend on the whole."Horizontal connectivity integration" takes the effective connection of "teaching elements" as the axis,the effective connection of curriculum objectives,teaching content,and the effective connection of teachers."External assistance threedimensional" has added external forces such as curriculum ideological and political education,social class and family community to form "ideological and political education combined force",to realize the education of all staff,the whole process and all aspects,to build a "big ideological and political" pattern,and to achieve the integration of ideological and political education in universities,middle schools and primary schools,so as to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education and promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education.
