With the implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy,the number of school-age children in my country has been increasing year by year,so new requirements have been put forward for the number and quality of kindergarten teachers.The imbalance between supply and demand of kindergarten teachers has gradually emerged and has continued to be the focus of social attention.At the same time,it has also become the primary problem that urgently needs to be resolved in preschool education in my country.The training of kindergarten teachers is of great significance to the improvement of residents ’ willingness to bear children and the improvement of the quality of pre-school education,but most of the scholars ’ research focuses on the problem descriptions and countermeasures of the construction of "preschool teachers",and rarely involves the "needs of kindergarten teachers" or "the needs of preschool teachers"..This article will use the current situation of the supply and demand of preschool teachers in Liaoning Province and the calculation of future development trends,discuss the key issues that Liaoning Province will face in the development of preschool education from a quantitative perspective,and propose targeted solutions to achieve a balance between supply and demand for preschool teachers and promote Balanced development of urban and rural education.This article uses the keywords of "preschool teacher demand" and "balance of supply and demand" as the entry point,mainly researches the basic situation of the supply and demand of preschool teachers in Liaoning Province,and predicts the trend of preschool teachers’ supply and demand.First,the core concepts and related theories are systematically sorted out,including the balance of supply and demand,the theory of public goods,and the theory of education equity;second,the supply and demand of preschool teachers in Liaoning Province is analyzed based on realistic data,and the supply involves the allocation of preschool teachers,the overall characteristics of preschool teachers,and demand It mainly involves the scale of demand and demand structure;again,based on the increase and decrease in the number of children to predict the level of preschool teachers ’ demand,based on the actual training situation of preschool teachers,predict the supply level of preschool teachers,and systematically analyze the supply and demand of preschool teachers in Liaoning from the two perspectives of quantity and structure The trend of deviation;finally,according to the trend of supply and demand imbalance,relevant countermeasures to promote the balance of supply and demand of preschool teachers in Liaoning Province are proposed,such as balancing the resources of preschool teachers in urban and rural areas,improving the resource allocation system of preschool teachers in Liaoning Province,maintaining a balance in the quality of preschool teachers,and increasing social influence The degree of recognition of male preschool teachers,protection of the legal rights and treatment of preschool teachers,etc.
