The fast increasing of aged population has set a new demand on the construction of old-age support security system. It requires the government, market, family and individual to make the contribution to supply the rights of aged people so that can help people solve the worries of life and the steady of society. Our county has a long history of filial culture and our government has invested tremendous human and other resources over the years to support the old people’s lives. Since the supporting resource for elderly is mix of quasi-public goods and private products, what is the responsibility domain of government, market, family and individual, as the four kinds of supply subject? And what roles do they play in the process of constructing old-age support security system? I think it is very important to clear their attribution when constructing old-age support security system. This paper begins with supporting resource for elderly provided by different supply subject. We construct the demand and supply theoretical frame of supporting resource for elderly by analysis their demand and attribution to see how these four max their utility and their responsibility domain. It results that when the government plays its part as macro control guidance and supply the base life of old people, the market supply the professional and specific resource for elderly people, the family helps to make the old people happy and high-level life and elderly people themselves should be more positive to keep good mood and make contribution to the society. Only if these four supply subject work together should the old-age support security system be built and be looked after properly in the old age.
