The employees of F Corporation need to maintain the dynamical equilibrium of supply and demand, by the supply and demand forecast, analysis and research, in the expansion time of F Corporation.This research discovers the main problem which possibly exists in the personnel demand and the supplies aspect by analyzing the internal and external environment of F Corporation, the human resources management present situation as well as the member center human resources management present situation. This research uses the questionnaire survey, Markov model, Delphi and other tools, through the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, analyzes the characteristic of the Member center in the expansion stage, take the solution of human resources demand and supplies forecast.In this foundation, this research draws up the human resource plan of F Corporation Member center in the future three years, through the enterprise strategy request. Hires implementation plans and training development system, performance management system, occupation development plan including the talented person employment advertise, and so on. Meanwhile the research has carried on the feedback and the analysis regarding the partial system implementation effect.
