Pre-school education needs refer to the quality of pre-school education services that the demand subjects(children and parents)can and are willing to purchase under the influence of multiple factors within a certain period of time and within the scope permitted by national laws and policies.According to the laws of the market, the services provided by the pre-school education providers should understand and meet the needs of pre-school education. In particular,in recent years,pre-school education that satisfies the people has become a social consensus. From the perspective of supply and demand equilibrium, this study understands the main needs of preschool education and the factors affecting demand. On this basis,it analyzes the degree of supply satisfaction, and based on the above problems,it finally proposes to meet the needs of semester education.Taking X street in Hangzhou as an example, this study investigated the needs of pre-school education demanders(children and parents)through questionnaires and interviews.A total of 1318 valid questionnaires for parents and 254 valid questionnaires for children were collected. The survey results have the following three parts: First, the researchers believe that the needs of X street parents are both consistent and different:(1)parents have consistency with basic needs(2)parents expect the community to play its due role(3)More than 90% of parents choose garden type as inclusive kindergartens.(3)Parents are willing to bear the cost of preschool education services, but the difference in payment ability is large.(4)The level of parents' needs in public parks and high socioeconomic status is higher.Secondly, the survey also reflects the strong demand for children's games and exploration, but there are differences in the needs of children between different ages, genders and different gardens, mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)Children's exploration needs are proportional to age.(2)The demand for peers in girls is higher than that in boys.(3)The demand for children in public parks is generally higher than that in private parks. Finally, based on the needs of parents and the needs of young children, the researchers analyzed the matching degree of supply and demand of X street through mathematical modeling. The results show that the matching of total supply and demand of X street is lower than the middle, and the matching between supply and demand of public parks is higher than that of private parks.Based on the above questions, the researchers proposed from the perspective of the government and kindergartens to meet the needs of preschool education and improve the matching of supply and demand.First, establish a government-led,multi-party collaborative supply system.Specific measures include:(1)expanding the inclusive resources through stable financial investment to ensure the demand for entry into the park(2)establishing a multi-party cost sharing mechanism to meet the payment needs of different families(3)Improve the quality of supply with the core of the teaching staff, and meet the high-level needs(4)to build a supply system for the integration of pre-school education in the community.Secondly, kindergarten education should be based on the needs of young children and rationally adopt parental needs.(1)Focus on games, adjust education methods according to children's different needs(2)Rationally identify parents' needs, provide preschool education services for science majors(3)Give play to the radiation effect of public parks, and promote the common development of street private parks.
