In order to encourage college students to innovate and start business to alleviate the increasing pressure on employment,the country and all sectors of the society attach great importance to the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial ability.However,the achievements of college students in entrepreneurship are still not satisfactory.One of the main reasons for this is the neglect of systematic training in entrepreneurial psychological capital.College students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital is positive psychological development shown by college students in the process of entrepreneurship.At present,research on influencing factors of psychological capital mostly focuses on demographic variables,organizational atmosphere,etc.,studies on environmental factors are sorely lacking.Research on influencing factors of entrepreneurial psychological capital is even weaker.Insufficient research volume has led to the lack of theoretical support for the establishment of an entrepreneurial psychological capital training system,which contribute to poor effect.In recent years,entrepreneurial cognition has become a hot topic in the field of entrepreneurship.According to the social cognitive theory proposed by Bandura,environmental information affects the self-efficacy of the main component of psychological capital by affecting individual cognitive structure.Whether entrepreneurial cognition is a mediating variable between environmental factors and entrepreneurial psychological capital is worthy of further discussion.Based on the theory of social cognition,this study puts forward the influencing factor model of College Students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital,which takes entrepreneurial environment as independent variable,entrepreneurial cognition as intermediary variable and entrepreneurial psychological capital as dependent variable.Based on the survey data,this paper takes the entrepreneurial college students in Beijing as the samples.The paper uses the statistical methods such as one-way ANOVA,independence test,factor analysis,hierarchical regression analysis,bootstrap test to analyze the survey data,and draws the following conclusions:(1)in terms of entrepreneurial cognition,the entrepreneurial intention script and entrepreneurial preparation script of master students are significantly higher than those of undergraduate students and those of undergraduate students.The self-efficacy of male students was significantly higher than that of female students.(2)Both entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial cognition have a positive impact on entrepreneurial psychological capital.In terms of entrepreneurial environment,the government has the most significant impact on entrepreneurial psychological capital,followed by families,and schools.In terms of entrepreneurial cognition,entrepreneurial intention script has the most significant impact on entrepreneurial psychological capital,followed by entrepreneurial ability script,and entrepreneurial preparation script has the least impact.(3)Entrepreneurial environment has a positive impact on entrepreneurial cognition,among which family has the most significant impact,followed by government,school is the weakest.(4)Entrepreneurial cognition is a mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial psychological capital.Finally,on the basis of the research results,combined with the characteristics of the Internet era,this paper puts forward the strategy of promoting the entrepreneurial psychological capital of college students.This study can further enrich the research on the antecedent variables of College Students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital,which is of great significance for promoting college students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital,improving the current entrepreneurial education system of our country,and promoting the smooth realization of the entrepreneurial goals of new graduates. |
