Entrepreneurship is the foundation and core of a social and economic development,which helps to promote the construction of an innovation-oriented country.College students are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship in our country and an important part of our future innovation and entrepreneurship talents.At the same time,under the current severe employment situation,encouraging college students to start their own businesses and then promote social innovation and employment is the important way to solve employment difficulties.The prerequisite for entrepreneurial behavior is entrepreneurial willingness,so how to improve college students’ entrepreneurial willingness is an important task for universities and the focus of current research.Psychological capital,as an internal positive psychological factor of individuals.Introduce psychological capital field of entrepreneurship has become a new hot topic.Therefore,this study takes psychological capital as an independent variable and entrepreneurial intention as a dependent variable.At the same time,it introduces college students’ entrepreneurial learning as an intermediary variable,and constructs a theoretical model between "college students’ psychological capital-entrepreneurship learningentrepreneurship willingness",so as to explore the influencing factors of college students’entrepreneurial willingness.Test the training training effect,the research results are as follows:(1)the psychological capital of college students and its four molecules(self-efficacy,tenacity,wish,upbeat)have a distinct vigorous effect on entrepreneurial willingness;(2)undergraduates’ psychological capital to enterprisesThe positive impact of home learning has a significant impact,and the self-effectiveness,tenacity,optimism and hope of the self-efficacy,tenacity,and hope of the learning of entrepreneurs have a positive impact.(4)College students’ entrepreneurial learning plays an intermediary role in the mechanism of the impact of psychological capital on entrepreneurial intentions,and the psychological capital of university students can secondhand affect entrepreneurial willingness via start up business learning.Finally,based on the research results,starting from the three aspects of cultivating and enhancing the psychological capital of college students,improving the effectiveness of college students’ entrepreneurial learning,and building a support system for college students’ entrepreneurial activities,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving college students’ entrepreneurial willingness,and points out further research directions.
