Researchs About Entrepreneurial Psychological Capital Of College Students

In recent years, China’s college students employment problems caused the attention of the society from all walks of life. College students’ self-employment as an effective way to solve the problem of university students’ employment has important research value. Entrepreneurial psychological capital is a kind of positive mental attitude can affect business related activities. Development of college students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital can improve the ability of college students’ entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial performance, so as to improve college students’ career ability.We constructed the theoretical dimension of college students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital with the content of the open questionnaire analysis on the basis of literature review of combined. And then through a series of project analysis of factor analysis to establish the college students entrepreneurial psychological capital questionnaire formally, and has carried on the test reliability and validity of this questionnaire and confirmatory factor analysis. Then, Inspection the mutual relations among students psychological capital scale, ability of entrepreneurial opportunities and business performance of self-employment college students. At last,we were further verified the previous research results through qualitative research. The conclusions of this study are as follows:1. College students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital is a three dimensional structure system, including the optimistic, dare to a specific and positive growth;2. College students Entrepreneurial psychological capital scale has good reliability and validity, the composite psychometric requirements. It can measure the characteristics of college students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital effectively.3. College students’ entrepreneurial psychological capital and entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial performance significantly related, and ability of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial performance can establish regression equation with entrepreneurial psychological capital;4. The role of psychological capital on business performance model belongs to the buffer effect, that entrepreneurship psychological capital is indirect effects on business performance, is through the intermediary variable entrepreneurial opportunity ability play a role.5. Qualitative research results support the study as a result, the participants agreed that entrepreneurial psychological capital and entrepreneurial opportunity ability can forecast the entrepreneurial Performance, and the mediating role of entrepreneurial opportunity ability was been agreed too.
