Objective: Childhood is the most important period of growth and development in human life,and is also the sensitive period in the children’s physical development.And at present,parents ay too much attention to the development of children’s intelligence and special skills,and the development of children’s physical health and physical quality has not received due attention.Methods: 30 children(15 boys and 15 girls)aged 6-8 were randomly selected from Zhuoyue children’s sports hall in Liaocheng as the experimental group for physical fitness training,and 30 children(15 boys and 15 girls)aged 6-8 were randomly selected from grade 1 and grade 2 of Yangguang primary school in Dongchangfu County of Liaocheng as the control group to conduct the experiment for half a year.Three parts of test content include body shape(height,weight),body function(vital capacity),and physical quality(speed,agility,flexibility,balance,coordination,and strength).The experimental group children need to conduct twice a week of the fitness training in Zhuoyue children’s sports hall,and the children in control group only participate in school physical education training and extracurricular physical exercise.The measured data were analyzed by SPSS.Results: There was no significant difference in height and weight between the experimental group and the control group before and after physical fitness training intervention(P>0.05);2.After the physical fitness training intervention,there was a significant difference in vital capacity(body function)between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01);3.Fitness training after intervention,the experimental group and control group of men and women children rope ladder achievement(sensitive),bar under the overhang(upper body strength),standing long jump(such as lower limb strength)has very significant difference(P< 0.01),the experimental group and control group of boys and girls a reverse layup 10 meters(speed)in succession,crook proneness(flexible),continuous jump(coordinated)scores have significant difference(P<0.05);4.the experimental group and control group by standing on one foot(balance)grade boy very significant difference,significant difference was found in girls.Conclusions: 1.The body shape was greatly influenced by the genetic environment.There were significant changes between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,but there were no significant changes between the two groups after the experiment.physical fitness training has no significant effect on the physical form of children aged 6-8,and it cannot significantly improve the physical form through physical fitness training.2.physical fitness training has a significant influence on the improvement of children’s vital capacity at the age of 6-8.physical fitness training has a certain promoting effect on the improvement of children’s vital capacity,and physical fitness training can significantly improve children’s physical functions.3.physical fitness training can significantly improve the speed,flexibility,strength,balance,sensitivity and coordination of children aged 6-8 years old,and play a positive role in the overall growth and development of children,improve the physical quality of children significantly,can improve and improve children’s physical fitness.4.There is a gender difference in the balance quality of physical fitness.physical fitness training has a significant influence on the balance of female students and male students.
