Research purposes: Children aged 10-12 are in a period of rapid growth of physical fitness and sports ability.At this stage,if appropriate sports items are selected for appropriate exercise,their physical fitness and sports ability will be greatly improved and their fat will be reduced.The probability of obesity,keep healthy constitution,make it benefit for life,and lay a solid foundation for the growth and development of children after puberty and the improvement of physical fitness.Taekwondo is a sports which mainly uses legs and kicks and kicks.It is also a popular sport among teenagers and children.With the increasing popularity of Taekwondo among teenagers and children,it will be in the study of children’s health.Physical fitness plays an important role.It can combine and develop human joints,bones and muscles and other aspects,so that children can be greatly improved in strength,endurance,speed and sensitivity.Through six months’ comparative experiment,this study deeply analyzed the influence of Taekwondo on children’s physical fitness,provided reasonable and effective training methods and means for improving children’s physical fitness,made children realize the value of sports activities,found their interest in learning,and guided them to form a good attitude and habit of lifelong sports activities.Research methods: This study adopts the method of experimental comparison,taking the students aged 10-12 years of fifth and sixth grades of Cangwu Primary School in Lianyungang City as the experimental subjects.The control group and the experimental group were tested for six months respectively,and the health fitness indexes of the control group and the experimental group were tested.The data before and after the test were compared,and it was confirmed that the health fitness indexes of the two groups of children were in the same position.The first level has homogeneity,and controls the two groups of children in the experimental process,risk factors and other factors to ensure the accuracy and scientificity of the experimental data.By comparing the indexes of aerobic fitness,muscle fitness,flexibility quality,body composition,sensitive quality and speed quality of the control group and the experimental group,the horizontal and vertical comparison of Taekwondo sports to 1 was analyzed.The influence of physical fitness on children aged 10-12.Aerobic fitness: 1.The increase of vital capacity and step index of boys and girls in the control group was not significant,while that of boys and girls in the experimental group increased significantly.Statistical tests showed that there was a very significant difference.2.Muscle fitness: grip strength test,standing long jump test and sit-up with muscle endurance as the main characteristics.The indexes of boys and girls in the experimental group are higher than those of the control group,and there are very obvious differences.3.Flexibility: The sitting forward bending index of boys and girls in the experimental group is significantly better than that of boys and girls in the control group,and there are significant differences.4.Body composition:The body weight,fat weight and muscle weight of boys and girls in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,but the percentage of body fat was lower than that of the control group.5: Sensitivity quality: The "T" shape sensitivity test scores of boys and girls in the experimental group were significantly better than those of boys and girls in the control group,and there were significant differences.6:Speed quality: After the experiment,there is a big gap between the test results of 50 m race of girls and boys in the experimental group and that of the control group.The test results of the experimental group are obviously better than those of the control group,and there is a significant difference.Research conclusions: Taekwondo training can effectively improve the development of aerobic fitness,muscle fitness,flexibility,agility and speed quality of children aged 10-12.It further proves that Taekwondo training has a positive effect on the healthy physical fitness of children aged 10-12,and provides a certain reference basis for further development of Taekwondo in children.
