| Objective : In this paper,through the intervention of 8-week physical fitness game teaching method for 10-12-year-old children,the physical fitness game teaching method is integrated on the basis of traditional badminton teaching method,and the physical fitness game teaching method is studied for 10-12-year-old children.The impact of physical fitness,sports pleasure and badminton skills provides a theoretical basis for the use of physical fitness game teaching method in badminton teaching.Methods : In this paper,40 children aged 10-12 years old were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,20 in each group.On the basis of literature review and questionnaire survey,the teaching experiment method was used to carry out physical fitness game teaching(experimental group)and traditional teaching(control group)for 8 weeks,3lessons per week,a total of 24 lessons.Before and after the experiment,children ’s physical fitness(50-meter running,rope skipping,sit-ups)and sports pleasure badminton skills(forehand high-distance ball,return high-distance ball,forehand pick-up)were tested and recorded.Finally,the mathematical statistics method is used to analyze the relevant data.Results :(1)The time main effect and interaction of 50-meter running,rope skipping and sit-ups were significant(p<0.01).The simple effect analysis was carried out.Through the simple effect analysis of time factors,it was found that the experimental group had significant differences in 50-meter running,rope skipping and sit-ups before and after the experiment(p<0.01).In the control group,there was only significant difference in rope skipping(p<0.01),while there was no significant difference between 50-meter running and sit-ups(p>0.05).Through the simple effect analysis of group factors,it is concluded that the 50-meter run,rope skipping and sit-ups of the two groups were not significant before the experiment(p>0.05),and there was a significant difference between the 50-meter run and rope skipping after the experiment(p>0.05).(2)The main effect of time and interaction of exercise pleasure were significant(p<0.01).The simple effect analysis of time factor showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(p<0.05).The simple effect analysis of group factors showed that there was no significant difference in exercise pleasure between the two groups before the experiment(p>0.05),but there was significant difference after the experiment(p<0.01).(3)The time,group main effect and interaction of forehand serve,return attack and forehand pick were significant(p<0.01).The simple effect analysis was carried out.Through the simple effect analysis of time factor,it was concluded that the data comparison between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment had significant differences in forehand high ball,return high ball and forehand pick ball(p<0.01).Through the simple effect analysis of group factors,it was concluded that the forehand high ball,return high ball and forehand pick ball of the two groups had no significant difference before the experiment(p>0.05),and had significant difference after the experiment(p<0.01).Conclusion : The physical fitness game teaching method improves the physical fitness level of 10-12 years old children ’s 50-meter run and rope skipping;it promotes them to better master badminton skills,and also has a positive impact on improving children ’s sports pleasure.Physical fitness game teaching method plays an important role in the physical and mental health development of children aged 10-12. |
