The current era is the rapid development of science、 technology and the global informatization.Due to the rapid development and upgrading of the international industrial structure,the labor force structure has also changed from labor and capital-intensive to technology and knowledge-intensive.Vocational education,as a way to cultivate high-quality skills for society one of the main ways of talented people,the education mode and quality of education all affect the development of a country’s skill level.Modern apprenticeship production is one of the talent training modes of vocational education.It’s not only retains the characteristics of the traditional apprenticeship “teachers and apprentices”,but also combines the method of school education.The apprenticeship required for the job,which has made modern apprenticeships one of the most popular models of vocational education in the world.With the general trend of reviving apprenticeships into the world’s vocational education,in recent years,China has also begun to experiment with modern apprenticeships.From the 2012 “Key Points of Work of the Ministry of Education in2012”,the first time that “the pilot of the modern apprenticeship system” was explicitly proposed,and the third batch of pilot units of the modern apprenticeship system was announced by the General Office of the Ministry of Education in 2018.There were 8 years,which also shows that modern apprenticeship production as a new type of vocational education talent training model has continuously attracted the attention of the country and has entered a substantial advancement stage from point to surface in China.This article is based on the theory of collaborative education and stakeholder theory,using the literature method,survey research method and case analysis method to conduct a case study of the modern apprenticeship system of the Y Vocational and Technical College of Guangxi in order to understand the pilot of the school based on the requirements of the Ministry of Education Office.The completion of the work,through combing the specific practical measures of modern pilot apprenticeships in different pilot majors,summarizing the current achievements and experience of the modern apprenticeship system implemented by Guangxi Y Vocational and Technical College,and based on the findings of Guangxi Y Vocational and Technical College The difficulties encountered in the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system,drawing on the development experience of modern apprentices at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the school to provide corresponding solutions and suggestions.According to the three documents of the Ministry of Education’s “Implementation Plan for the Modern Apprenticeship Pilot Program”,“The Ministry of Education’s Opinions on the Implementation of the Modern Apprenticeship Pilot Work”and the“Ministry of Education Office’s Notice on the Comprehensive Promotion of the Modern Apprenticeship System” for the work of the pilot units as required,the author designed a questionnaire and interview outline.The target of the questionnaire mainly includes school administrators,in-school tutors,corporate masters and students,mainly from the recruitment system,dual system courses,dual tutor selection and management,apprentice management and double Five aspects of evaluation and assessment were conducted to investigate the implementation of the pilot major in Guangxi Y Vocational and Technical College.Descriptive and frequency analysis of the data obtained by using SPSS 22.0 was combined with the information obtained from the interview survey and compared with the requirements of the Ministry of Education regarding the mid-term acceptance tasks of the pilot The results of GuangxiY Vocational and Technical College completed the mid-term acceptance task issued by the Ministry of Education on time and exceeded the deadline.In addition,the pilot specialty of Guangxi Y Vocational and Technical College has made innovations and breakthroughs in the previous talent training model and management model through the trial of a modern apprenticeship system,reformed the curriculum and professorship model of the pilot specialty,and tried the dual-tutor inter-employment and interoperability management system On the basis of the past,the depth and breadth of the school-enterprise cooperation has been deepened,which has effectively improved the strength of the faculty and the quality of student training In the course of the investigation,due to the five reasons of the school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism is not mature,the dual-mentor management method has not been implemented and reformed,the incentive mechanism is missing,and the national vocational education and training standard system is not perfect,Guangxi Y Vocational and Technical College is trying to modernize In the apprenticeship system,there is a dilemma of dual-element cooperative education that has not reached in-depth cooperation,the dual mentor recruitment and management system needs to be supplemented,the enthusiasm of the guild participation is not high,the quality of the apprentice training lacks a guarantee system,and the students’ dual identity is insufficiently adapted.To this end,based on the theory of collaborative education,stakeholder theory and the various elements of participation in modern apprenticeship,according to the development experience of modern apprenticeship at home and abroad and the specific implementation of the school,from the national level,guild level,school enterprise The level and the student level have put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the implementation of the modern apprenticeship in the Y vocational school.The aim is to strengthen the top-level system guarantee construction through the country.The industry associations actively participate in the training of modern apprenticeship talents.Schools and enterprises work together to solve the current actual existence.In terms of problems,students clarify the five aspects of their careers,and from top to bottom,solve the current problems layer by layer to promote the modern apprenticeship to develop better.In addition,this article adopts the idea of combining theoretical researchwith practical research,defines and analyzes the relevant basic content of modern apprenticeship,and combines the theoretical part to analyze the practical measures of Y Vocational College in order to enrich the existing existing apprenticeship of modern apprenticeship.The relevant theoretical and practical research results provide reference data and materials for the Y vocational college to carry out modern apprenticeship work in other professional fields or other higher vocational colleges.
