Study On The Current Situation And Implementation Strategies Of Modern Apprenticeship In Higher Vocational Colleges In China

In February 2014,premier Li Keqiang deployed to accelerate the development of modern vocational education at the executive meeting of the state council,and proposed a “modern apprenticeship pilot program for joint enrollment and joint training between schools and enterprises”.In June and September of the same year,the State Council and the Ministry of Education successively launched the "Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education" and the "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Launching the Pilot Program of Modern Apprenticeship System" to clarify the implementation of the modern apprenticeship pilot program.In the course of exploring the talent training mode in which the school-enterprise cooperation takes the main form,the higher vocational education in our country has made breakthrough progress from the combination of work and study to the order-based training and to the modern apprenticeship,providing important human resources support for industrial transformation and upgrading.The modern apprenticeship is the latest form of the talent training model of higher vocational education in China.It has been given a new mission in the new era.The dissertation takes the current situation of the practice of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges in China as the research object,and uses text analysis method and other methods to analyze the current situation,problems and guarantee mechanism of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges.It is stated that the modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges is carried out under the background of the policy orientation of deepening the integration of production and education,the existing practice foundation of the pilot implementation,the continuous deepening of the talent training mode,and the cultivation of the "craftsmanship spirit".Through statistical analysis of data,it is concluded that the dual-subject mechanism of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges is not perfect,the integration of enrollment and recruitment is difficult to implement,the identification and cultivation of dual tutors need to be standardized,and the flexible management mode of higher vocational colleges needs to be improved.After observing international experience,it is proposed that the implementation path of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges in China should be to optimize the talent training program from the school and enterprise,follow the rules of skill formation;strengthen the construction of teaching staff,introduce and cultivate dual guarantees;improve teaching organization and management,form scientific governance system and other multi-dimensional practice way.
