Research On The Current Situation Of The Trial Implementation Of Modern Apprenticeship System In College A Of Guangdong Higher Vocational Colleges

At present,China is facing the rapid adjustment of industrial structure and a large gap of skilled talents.Therefore,the Ministry of education put forward the talent training mode of modern apprenticeship in 2014,which aims to deepen the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation,further improve the school enterprise cooperative education mechanism,and solve the serious disconnection between education and work.China officially launched the pilot of modern apprenticeship system in 2015.The professional direction and enterprises participating in it show a development trend from point to area,forming a good trend of reasonable industrial distribution,reasonable regional distribution and reasonable type structure.Taking college a as the research object,this thesis studies the modern apprenticeship talent training mode of college a through the methods of literature,case analysis and interview.The questionnaire is compiled and designed with reference to the documents "pilot implementation plan of modern apprenticeship","opinions of the Ministry of education on carrying out pilot work of modern apprenticeship" and "Notice of the general office of the Ministry of education on comprehensively promoting modern apprenticeship" Based on the descriptive result analysis of the collected questionnaire data,combined with the information obtained from the survey,this thesis analyzes the shortcomings of the current implementation of modern apprenticeship talent training mode in college a,and puts forward practical,effective and feasible suggestions.
