At present,there is a serious shortage of highly skilled talents in our country,and the high-quality school enterprise cooperation in vocational education is also facing many difficulties.As a new talent training mode of vocational education,modern apprenticeship has been given a new mission in the new era,which plays an important role in promoting school enterprise cooperation,combining work and learning,and improving the quality of personnel training.Therefore,this study focuses on the pilot project of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges,analyzes and explores the current situation and existing problems of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges,and tries to explore the improvement path of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges.First of all,this study makes it clear that the modern apprenticeship refers to the talent training mode of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,double tutor education,and the cultivation of students’ skills.It is not only the continuation and development of traditional apprenticeship,but also the renewal and reform of modern vocational education and training system.The main purpose of developing modern apprenticeship in China is to provide high skilled talents with R & D ability and exquisite technology for industrial upgrading and technological innovation.Secondly,this study uses the text analysis method to carry out detailed and perfect data statistics on the implementation of modern apprenticeship in the first and second batch of pilot higher vocational colleges published by the Ministry of Education,and summarizes the existing problems of modern apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Colleges in China,that is,the relationship between school and enterprise is not deep enough,the integration of recruitment and recruitment is difficult to implement,the work study alternation is difficult,the construction of double tutor team is not good and the improvement of teaching quality management lacks guarantee.Then through the case analysis method,a specific case study of one of the second batch of pilot institutions is carried out,and the results are that the quality of talent training has been significantly improved,the talent training mode has been effectively deepened,and the modern apprenticeship has been promoted in other majors.The current problems are imperfect national policies and regulations,insufficient government funding,single mode of recruitment,the ability of the teaching team to be further strengthened and the imperfectvocational qualification certificate system.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the implementation of modern apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Colleges in China,combined with the advanced experience of other countries and the actual situation of our country,effective countermeasures are put forward to improve the modern apprenticeship personnel training work in Higher Vocational Colleges in China.The first countermeasure is to create a good external environment from five aspects such as perfecting the system construction,establishing the coordination mechanism,increasing the investment of funds,stimulating the enthusiasm of the main body of the organization to participate,and improving the social status of skilled personnel.The second is to improve the construction of teaching staff through strict selection standards of teachers,improving the professional ability of teachers team,building a good incentive mechanism and promotion mechanism.The third is to optimize the talent training scheme from the aspects of specialty setting,talent training objectives,recruitment methods,work study alternation and curriculum system.The fourth is to strengthen the construction of management system by implementing the flexible credit system,reforming the assessment methods and carrying out multiple evaluation. |
