Looking forward to children is every parent’s hope for their children,expecting their children to change their destiny through knowledge.However,the distribution of high-quality education resources is very unbalanced,the learning ability of each child is uneven,and the competition pressure of entrance examination is growing.In this context,as an effective resource supplement of public schools,extracurricular tutoring institutions are favored by parents and students.After class tutoring institutions have developed from the initial tutoring and "small table" to the current social forces,individual schools and training companies,and many institutions have implemented chain operation and continuously run branch schools,forming a certain brand effect.With the development of the market economy,more and more students and parents pay attention to the educational services provided by the extra-curricular counseling institutions,and the market has been warming up.However,in the process of development,the existing problems are also exposed,especially in small-scale primary and secondary schools,the number of extracurricular tutoring institutions is huge,and the management problems are increasingly prominent in the development process,including the difficulties in the management of teachers’ team,the difficulty in improving the teaching quality,the serious shortage of enrollment,the inadequate communication management with parents and the imperfect internal management system.This paper mainly explores the existing management problems and related solutions of small-scale primary and secondary school extra-curricular counseling institutions.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly from four aspects: the reason of choosing the topic,literature review,research purpose,research significance and research methods.The second chapter is an overview of the basic theory.Focus on the "extra-curricular guidance","extra-curricular guidance institutions","small primary and secondary school extra-curricular guidance institutions and management" three core concepts are defined,the core concept of a more detailed and clear exposition.The research of theoretical basis mainly focuses on three aspects: first,the relevant policies of the state on training and counseling institutions;second,the theory of market demand and consumer purchase;third,the theory of human capital.The third chapter is about the existing management problems of Kunming m Education Consulting Co.,Ltd.The main contents of the survey are as follows: first,the survey on the management of institutions,through the well-designed questionnaire on teachers and the questionnaire on parents,collecting and sorting out the relevant data,and analyzing the survey results;second,the interview survey on the on-the-job managers,some on-the-job teachers and some on-the-job parents,through the design of interview outlines,the small-scale primary and secondary school classes The existing management problems of external tutoring institutions are analyzed from multiple perspectives to further understand the problems;the third is to analyze the main factors that affect the management of small-scale primary and secondary school extra-curricular tutoring institutions.The problems in the management of small-scale primary and secondary school extra-curricular tutoring institutions have both subjective and objective factors.In order to overcome the influence of these factors on small-scale primary and secondary school extra-curricular counseling institutions,we must take some effective strategies and methods.The fourth chapter is mainly around the existing management problems to solve the strategy.From the big premise,must conform to the relevant national laws and policies,reasonable and legal school running,to the improvement of the training institution’s own management system and organizational structure,to the team management of teachers,the safety management of students,the control of teaching quality and achievements,and the methods of communication with parents,etc.,to take reasonable measures for the five aspects of the management of small-scale primary and secondary school after-school counseling institutions The significance of the appropriate strategies is to provide some reference for the further development of small-scale primary and secondary school extra-curricular counseling institutions.Therefore,the author of this paper tries to find out the management problems of Kunming m Education Consulting Co.,Ltd.through the investigation and research,and on the basis of the analysis of the problems,find out the solutions to the existing management problems,so as to promote the sound development of their own and the same type of small-scale primary and secondary school extra-curricular institutions.
