The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Extracurricular Counseling Institutions In Primary And Secondary Schools In China

Since the reform and opening up,the economy of China developed rapidly,people's material and cultural standard was improved continually,and people paid more attention to education,China's education career had taken place a wonderful phenomenon:from nine-year compulsory education to the continuous expansion of university,from academic education to quality-oriented education.At the same time,China's education and training industry started from scratch especially after the People's Republic of China for Promoting Private School.Extracurricular counseling institutions appeared in China such as the bamboo shoots after a spring rain.These organizations have made great contributions in improving students' performance,cultivating students' artistic skills and promoting the development of students'comprehensive quality.However,with the development of extracurricular counseling institutions,a lot of problems appeared.At present,the market of the extracurricular counseling institutions is in chaos.All kinds of extracurricular counseling institutions have appeared,a variety of advertisements are overwhelming.The high costs in training increase people's economic burden.In order to rectify the market order and promote the fair development of education in our country,the government needs to take measures.Therefore,it is full of practical significance to pay more attention to the development of extracurricular counseling institutions and formal school education.In this thesis,the author took the anther's experience in training organization as example,combined with the document of previous literature,investigated the problems of the extracurricular counseling institutions systematically.The reasons and the influences of the extracurricular counseling institutions are further analyzed.In order to enrich the theoretical research on the extracurricular counseling institutions in our country,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures,from the present situation of the extracurricular counseling institutions in our country so as to provide a theoretical basis for China's education management and policy makers.This thesis consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction of the thesis,the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of the thesis,the literature review at home and abroad,the ideas and methods as well as advantage and disadvantage about the thesis are included.The second part is the analysis of the related theories and concepts about the extracurricular counseling institutions.This part includes Schultz's Human Capital Theory,social governance theory and the related concepts of the Primary and secondary school extracurricular counseling institution.The third part is the analysis of the extracurricular training market as well as the case of the education institution in Guilin.The current situation,the development and the forms of the development about the Primary and secondary school extracurricular training institution.The case of the training institutions in Guilin mainly includes the basic initiations,influence and the problems during the development of the institution.The impacts of this institution are introduced mainly from the positive and negative aspects,the problems during the development of the institution are to improve students' scores as ultimate goal,the teachers' abilities are weak and they flow frequently.The false propaganda,lacking of integrity and the expensive fees bring students' parents heavy economic burden.The fourth part is to explore the reasons of the problems during the development of the primary and secondary training institutions.According to the analysis of material after reviewing the leaders of the institutions and parents of students',the reasons of the problems during the development of the primary and secondary training institutions from the aspects of the educational evaluation mechanism,the main body of supervision,the orientation of the training institutions and the internal management are expounded in the thesis.The fifth part refers to the countermeasures of extracurricular training institutions in abroad and combines with the present situation in our country,then put forward the corresponding strategies strengthening the responsibility of government regulation,improve the comprehensive level of This part includes strengthening the responsibility of government,improving the comprehensive level of school,enhancing parents' responsibility and strengthening the responsibility of the extracurricular training institutions.The six part is the summary of the thesis,it points out the inadequacies of the thesis and the direction in the future.
