Problems And Countermeasures Of Primary And Secondary School Counseling Agencies

In order to help improve the current status and to promote the specification management of The Extracurricular Coaching Organizations for Elementary and Secondary School in our country which was no specification and chaotic, this paper studied four parts including the current status、 problems and reasons and proposals of the organizations. From the study of the scale、form、 coaching content、 instructional mode and coaching effect of the organizations, this paper analyzed the current status of them, like developed rapidly、 coaching content was consistent in school teaching、 instructional mode tended to individualized teaching and coaching effect varied with each individual; and summed up the problems as follows:lacked standards in propagation、 charge and competition; organizational management and teachers were not so perfect; and went for economic profit and so on; then, analyzed the reasons in and outside of the organizations including the policy guidance of government、 the insufficient of school education、 and the ideas of parents; at last, put forward some related proposals such as to strengthen the norms and improve the management of organizations themselves、 lay emphasis on the essence of education、 establish brand awareness and straighten out the relationship with the government、 school、 parents of students and communities and so on.
