| With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the scarcity of skilled workers has emerged,and the role of higher vocational education in national economic development has become increasingly prominent.Higher vocational education has been paid more and more attention by the state.However,with the rapid development of higher vocational education and the continuous expansion of the scale of running schools,the task of grass-roots administrators in higher vocational colleges has become more and more arduous,and the pressure of their work has become greater and greater.However,they still have some problems with full-time teachers and researchers in terms of salary,professional prestige and social status.The gap leads to their lack of enthusiasm,interest,sense of identity and belonging,and difficulties in career development.Therefore,based on the investigation and interview of the work,life,study and health status of grass-roots administrators in a vocational college in Chongqing,this paper studies the development dilemma and countermeasures of grass-roots administrators.The following specific work has been done:Firstly,by consulting relevant literature,this paper elaborates the source,background,significance and development dilemma of grassroots administrators in higher vocational colleges and domestic and foreign research on countermeasures,and determines the research content,research methods,key issues and innovations to be solved.Secondly,this paper defines the characteristics of administrative work in higher vocational colleges,the characteristics of grass-roots administrative personnel and the current system.Taking a higher vocational college in Chongqing as an example,the present situation of career development dilemma of grass-roots administrators in higher vocational colleges is measured and analyzed by sampling questionnaire survey and individual interviews.On the basis of investigation and analysis,this paper summarizes the career development dilemma of grass-roots administrative staff in higher vocational colleges by sorting out the sample data of questionnaire survey and individual interview,and analyses the causes of the dilemma from three aspects: traditional factors,personal factors and organizational factors.Finally,this paper ponders on how to effectively solve the prevailing career development dilemma of grass-roots administrative staff in Higher Vocational colleges,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions from the three levels of society,schools and individuals.At the same time,this paper points out the problems and shortcomings in the study,and puts forward the direction of future research,in order to provide reference for the follow-up personnel to further carry out the development dilemma of grass-roots administrative personnel in higher vocational colleges and related research on countermeasures. |
