| Burnout problem is not only an important impact on university teachers, but alsoa threat to an integral community-grassroots administrative staff.Especially inremote areas, the stress situation of grassroots administrator is more different fromother colleges and universities. For more pressure source has its own peculiarities,thus long engaging in this kind of work would make people feel tired, confused, lost,and make them not find where self-worth is. Maybe it is finally resulting in burnoutphenomenon, which will directly affect physical and mental development of them,school administrative efficiency, and the quality of education.In this paper, on the basis of the theory of occupational burnout, author willconduct a research on Western Area Vocational Institutes, and strive to reflect the truegrassroots burnout status at Vocational Western executives. According to results of thesurvey, we will try to find issues in depth during the research process. At length, wefind that in addition to administrative work itself trivial, complex, a larger workload,strong program, time-consuming and energy reasons, there is still another reasonsinfluencing the grassroots administrator such as low professional identity, smallpromotion opportunities, low salaries, imperfect assessment mechanism,disarticulated education and training, high work pressure, and limited developmentspace. With the reform of personnel system in colleges and universities, grass-rootsexecutives are facing the difficulties from the academic degree increase, jobpromotion, job classification, living conditions improvement. This paper will putforward three corresponding measures from the community, schools, and primaryadministrative staff, in order to be able to prevent and relieve the burnout ofgrassroots administrative staff in vocational colleges. |
