| In recent years,with the rise of vocational education,the scale of Higher Vocational Education in China has shown explosive growth.With the rapid expansion of higher vocational education scale,there is a shortage of teachers resources in higher vocational colleges.In order to meet the requirements of teachers,many schools recruit a large number of off-staff teachers.However,there are great differences in salary and career development between non staff teachers and in-service teachers in higher vocational colleges.The group of off-staff teachers has many views on this,which leads to dissatisfaction of off-staff teachers,which will affect the smooth progress of the school’s work,which is extremely unfavorable to the development of school human resources.Therefore,this paper takes the professional difficulties of off-staff teachers in five public higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province as the research object.Through the actual investigation of off-staff teachers in five public higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes and studies the professional difficulties of off-staff teachers in five public higher vocational colleges,deeply discusses how to motivate the work enthusiasm of off-staff teachers in public higher vocational colleges and excavate their subjective initiative,and finally forms a strong pertinence in this region and operational suggestions for the professional development of off-staff teachers,optimize the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges,promote the sustainable and high-quality development of teachers,and keep the healthy development of higher vocational education.Besides the introduction and summary,this paper mainly contains five parts,;The first part is the definition and theoretical support of related concepts,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following article;the second part investigates the current situation of off-staff teachers’ professional difficulties in five higher vocational colleges in Guizhou,summarizes the characteristics of off-staff teachers,and finds out the common problems of off-staff teachers’ career development difficulties;the third part analyzes the generation of off-staff teachers from the government level and college level.The fourth part is to learn from domestic and foreign experience,select the domestic and foreign typical provinces and foreign typical countries on the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges,absorb and learn from their experience;the fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the professional dilemma of off-staff teachers in higher vocational colleges,aiming at the professional plight of teachers in five higher vocational colleges in Guizhou.These countermeasures and suggestions are aimed at the five higher vocational colleges in Guizhou,but also beyond the scope of the five higher vocational colleges,forming a good response to the situation of Higher Vocational Colleges in the whole province. |
