Currently,higher vocational education is ushering in great development opportunities,and the promotion of high-quality development of higher vocational education has become the theme of the times.To realize quality improvement and connotation development,the higher vocational colleges cannot separate from a group of professional and specialized management team.It puts forwards higher demands for the professional ability and working attitude of the grass-roots administrative personnel in higher vocational colleges.However,the training and development of the grass-roots administrative personnel are often ignored,with relatively "marginal" status,which leads to such problems as lacking of enthusiasm and insufficient working motivation in practical work.Therefore,the research on the occupational burnout of the grass-roots administrative personnel is of great importance.This paper,based on a large amount of related works and literature about occupational burnout,investigated and studied the occupational burnout of the permanent grass-roots administrative personnel of the public vocational colleges in the management series in Chongqing,and found out that the occupational burnout of such groups cannot be ignored,and needs guidance and improvement.In combination of the research and investigation,the author analyzed the causes for occupational burnout of the grass-roots administrative personnel from the perspective of macro policy,school organization and individual’s subjective level,among which insufficient policy supports,insufficient incentive guidance and lack of communication platform can be classified into the causes resulting from macro policy;narrow career development channel,imperfect appraisal system and incentive mechanisms,low sense of professional self-identity and lack of continuing education can be classified into the causes resulting from the school organization;personal characteristics,partial unsatisfied personal needs and non-clear career planning can be classified into the causes resulting from personal subjective level.Meanwhile,the paper also put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the three aspects mentioned above.Due to some practical problems,although relevant strategies and suggestions from the macro policies and school organizations are practical and operable,the response from relevant organizations is relatively slow,while if the grass-roots administrative personnel could adjust their status from subjective aspect,it may be faster and more efficient to solve the problem of occupational burnout.To alleviate the occupational burnout of the grass-roots administrative personnel,the competent educational department of the government and higher vocational colleges need to further open the career development channels of the grass-roots administrative personnel,and guide them to strengthen self-regulation,and taking the initiative to grow up is the most important.With the joint efforts of various forces,the problem of occupational burnout can be alleviated and even eliminated.The author,who hopes to attract the attention of the competent educational department of the government and higher vocational colleges to the problem of occupational burnout through the study of the paper,is designated to provide a certain theoretical reference to the administration of the higher vocational colleges.
