| The existence and development of small rural schools have important educational and social significance,the state attaches great importance to the development of small rural schools.However,at the practical level,the development of small rural schools in our country is facing many obstacles.The author found in the report that the development of small rural schools in Y County,Jiangxi Province continues to improve.Therefore,the author has a strong research interest in the impetus mechanism of its development and chose S primary school as the research object in the field investigation.This study mainly adopts the case study method,taking S primary school in Y county at the case,and taking the principal,teachers,parents of students and the community as the research objects.Through the author’s observation and interview in S primary school,this study explores the impetus mechanism of S primary school development.By combing,analyzing,and summarizing the data collected in S primary school,this study explains the dynamic mechanism with four parts: motivation source,motivation stimulation,motivation concentration,and motivation maintenance.Among them,motivation source refers to the main body of the school’s development motivation.The motivation stimulation changes the school’s development motivation from a potential existence to a real possibility.The motivation concentration makes the development motivations work together and play a role together.The motivation maintenance is the key to guarantee the continuous development motivation of the school and maintain the good development of the school.The study found that the development of the S primary school is the result of the interaction and mutual promotion of many motivations.The main sources of motivation for school development are: the conscious guide of the school development-the principal,the active supporter of the school development-the community;the active servicer of the school development-the government.After the establishment of the S’ Education Foundation and the investment of funds of the Education Bureau.The development motivations of the school has been stimulated,there is a stable team of teachers in S primary school,and S’ image in the eyes of the public has changed.The common vision of school development,mutual recognition among motivational subjects,and teachers’ sense of belonging to the school are the main factors affecting motivation concentration.Among them,the common vision is the foundation of motivation concentration,the sense of identity is the catalyst of motivation concentration,and the sense of belonging is the booster of motivation concentration.The motivation maintenance can be realized through the standardized operation of S’ Education Foundation,the normalization of home-school cooperation activities,and the long-term effect of the responsible teacher culture.The operating mechanism of the school development impetus mechanism is the positive feedback mechanism of teacher behavior: "Responsible Teaching--Good Achievements--Effective Incentives--Achieving Goals--Responsible Teaching ".It is formed under the influence of the education atmosphere and the responsible teacher culture. |
