In recent years,campus bullying has occurred frequently,and its adverse consequences have attracted wide attention from all walks of life.Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on this,but most of them are holistic analysis supplemented by quantitative research.In the qualitative research,there is little discussion on campus bullying,and the survey samples are basically selected from cities,and few scholars pay attention to rural small-scale schools.It is of great significance to explore the occurrence mechanism of school bullying in rural small-scale schools and to clarify and restore the path of bullying in rural schools.This study uses the method of case study,taking the students of X School in Gansu Province as the research object.through observation,interviews and other specific research methods,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the specific performance of the subjects and the factors that affect their involvement in campus bullying.According to the logical order of social ecosystem theory from macro to micro level,this study describes in detail the factors that affect the occurrence of campus bullying,and on this basis,this paper uses cultural replication theory and social learning theory to explain and explore the causes of campus bullying,and then explores the occurrence mechanism of campus bullying in rural small-scale schools,and draws a map of the occurrence mechanism of campus bullying in rural small-scale schools.In order to draw research conclusions and research reflection.In the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the occurrence of bullying in rural small-scale schools is the result of long-term brewing of violence;(2)bullying in rural small-scale schools has a rural-specific brand;(3)bullying in rural small-scale schools is affected by many factors;(4)teachers are the key link to prevent the occurrence of bullying in rural small-scale schools.(5)more attention should be paid to left-behind children in school bullying in rural small-scale schools;left-behind children are more likely to be bullied;(6)neglect is more terrible than school bullying.According to the above conclusions,combined with the circulation channels of violence in school bullying,the researchers believe that blocking the replication path of violence culture from families,schools and peers,caring for rural left-behind children and paying attention to class marginal groups play an important role in the prevention and treatment of small-scale school bullying in rural schools.Therefore,repositioning rural small-scale schools and making rural teachers become leaders and protectors will have far-reaching significance for blocking campus bullying in rural small-scale schools.
