| The term "craftsman’s teacher" was first coined by premier li keqiang during a visit to tianjin polytechnic normal university on the eve of teacher’s day in 2017.The national education conference held in January 2019 proposed that vocational education is the main position for building craftsmen in a big country.In the same year,the national two sessions focus on the construction of vocational education teachers,put forward to build a "big country craftsman" more need "craftsman teacher".Secondary vocational education plays a fundamental role in the modern vocational education system and plays an important role in adjusting the educational structure,serving regional economic development and promoting social equity.It is an important factor for realizing the community of "secondary vocational,higher vocational and enterprise" with a Shared future under the background of industrial structure transformation and upgrading in the new era.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of the new era,carry out the spirit of the national education conference,inherit the spirit of the craftsman,the construction of "craftsman" teachers has become an important task of the current secondary vocational education.This research mainly through the literature research,case study research method and the archives,interview the data collection method,the secondary vocational schools "craftsmen" investigate the current situation of the construction of teaching staff,found the problem and explore the reasons,and analyze the influencing factors,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to secondary vocational school "craftsmen" teachers construction for reference.In the process of investigation and study,found that the secondary vocational schools "craftsmen" teachers construction advantage is mainly reflected in university-enterprise cooperation to build "integrated talent training mode",to promote teaching to enhance teachers’ professional skills,external training to encourage teachers to take "more",etc.,at the same time there is a "craftsmen" inadequate strength of the lack of teachers,teacher training,teacher innovation ability weak and so on.According to the research results,this paper summarizes the restrictive factors of the construction of "craftsman" teachers in secondary vocational schools from four aspects: education system,school interior,social environment and teachers’ individual.In view of the advantages and problems reflected in the construction of "craftsman" teachers in secondary vocational schools,and combined with the analysis of influencing factors,this paper puts forward the strategies for the construction of "craftsman" teachers in secondary vocational schools in the new era from four aspects.Cultivate "craftsman spirit" and improve the quality of secondary vocational teachers;Give play to the advantages of professional competition and enhance the professional skills of teachers;We will improve the post-service training mechanism and reform the evaluation and assessment system. |
