| Higher vocational education is a form of vocational education and an indispensable part of the entire higher education system.Its status is equal to that of general education.As an important position for vocational colleges to cultivate talents who can meet the needs of the development of the times,its importance is self-evident.In 2019,the“ Government Work Report ” clearly proposed a plan to expand the enrollment of 1 million in vocational colleges,covering veterans,migrant workers,and laid-off workers;then,the Ministry of Education announced the implementation of the “Double High” plan,and Chinese first batch of “ vocational universities”With the approval,the social reputation of higher vocational colleges is increasing,and the channels for higher vocational college students to improve their skills or study further are broader,and the public’s solidified understanding of higher vocational education will inevitably be broken.However,as the wave of globalization slows down and the domestic market focuses on quality requirements,relying on Chinese speed and the development of low-end and mid-end products will become increasingly difficult to develop.The society’s professionalism and cultural literacy for vocational college students.The inherent demands for quality such as learning ability and learning ability are increasing day by day.At this time,the return and cultivation of the artisan spirit not only meets Chinese need to promote economic progress and cultivate talent quality,but also is the only way to practice the core values of Chinese socialism.Therefore,based on the cooperation of society,schools and enterprises,how to develop and practice the contemporary craftsmanship in vocational colleges and their students is still a challenge to be faced in the future.This study explains the connotations related to the artisan spirit,analyzes the status quo and countermeasures of the cultivation of the artisan spirit of vocational college students,and is the key research of the countermeasures of the cultivation of the artisan spirit of the vocationalcollege students.This research draws on previous research achievements,applies theoretical knowledge of social disciplines such as pedagogy,psychology,sociology and combines with empirical research such as questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,and insists on the combination of theory and practice.Students’ artisan cultivation strategies are studied.It is mainly divided into the following four chapters:Introduction.It mainly explains why it is necessary to study the problem of artisan spirit and discuss the significance of this research;and summarizes the research dynamics of artisan spirit from home and abroad;and introduces how to study the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in vocational college students.The first chapter: Theoretical interpretation of the artisan spirit related to students in vocational colleges.Clarify and interpret the concepts and connotations of artisan,spirit,artisan spirit,and cultivation of artisan spirit in vocational college students;comb the development process of the artisan spirit,deepen the artisan spirit for further understanding;and use Piaget’s cognition-construction theory,Theodore.W.Schultz human capital theory,Lewin’s field theory,and Marx’s theory of combining education with productive labor are the theoretical foundations of this study.The second chapter: Analysis of the status quo of the cultivation of students’ artisan in vocational colleges.Based on the existing research,the questionnaire was designed from the three dimensions of cognition,behavior,and emotion,and the data of this questionnaire was statistically analyzed;from the status quo of the questionnaire,the problems existing in the cultivation of artisan spirit in vocational colleges were analyzed.The third chapter: The attribution of the cultivation of the artisan spirit of students in higher vocational colleges.Attribution is mainly based on the problems on the second chapter and the third chapter.The forth chapter: The countermeasures of cultivating students’ artisan in higher vocational colleges.Based on the second and third chapters,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed:forming a cultural atmosphere that respects craftsmen and perfecting relevantsystems;building a campus culture of artisan;strengthening the role of teachers;strengthening school-enterprise cooperation to foster student artisan culture;Strengthen student career planning. |
