| The teacher-student relationship plays a very crucial role in cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in secondary vocational schools.The construction of the new teacher-student relationship in the secondary vocational school under the perspective of the nurturing of craftsmanship conforms to the needs of the Chinese economic and social development in the new era,On the other hand,it can make up for the lack of research on the construction of new teacher-student relationship under the perspective of nurturing craftsmanship spirit.With regard to the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,what kind of new teacher-student relationship should be constructed in vocational schools? What are the factors that affect teacher-student relationship? How to build this teacher-student relationship? Based on considerations of the above issues,a comprehensive use of literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,interviews,classroom observations,and expert-novice comparison methods to collect data and material to conduct research.In the questionnaire survey,the survey of 321 students and 257 teachers showed that:Firstly,although the teacher-student relationship in the secondary vocational school has the possibility of conflict,the overall situation is good.Compared with the students,the teacher has a higher sense of self-identity and self-expectation;in addition,the cultivation of artisan spirit of secondary vocational students at the school is normal and has not yet reached an excellent standard.Secondly,the difference in teacher-student relationship in terms of demographic differences,teacher-student relationship has a significant differences in the teacher’s gender,whether the teacher is the head teacher,whether the teacher has corporate work experience,the teacher’s academic level,the student’s gender,whether the student is registered in Guangdong,whether the student is the class cadres and the grades of the students.Thirdly,in the correlation between teacher-student relationship and craftsmanship,teacher-student relationship is significantly related to artisan spirit.Teacher-student relationship can significantly predict the amount of variation in craftsmanship spirit.In the narrative research section,through the narration,analysis,and induction of the educational narrative of the five vocational teachers and the educational life narration of the three vocational students,it is shown that the teacher-student relationship in the secondary vocational school under the perspective of artisan spiritual cultivation has growth and development,equal and cooperation,dialogue and interaction,concern and unity,and lifeorientation.In terms of influencing factors,in addition to the external factors such as society,school,and family,the internal levels of teachers and students play an important role.Based on the above research results,focusing on the characteristics and influencing factors of the new teacher-student relationship in the perspective of craftsmanship spirit cultivation,we put forward the concept of life-long education in the new era of practice,build teachers and students learning symbiosis;and play a role advantages to build the teacher-student cooperation system;Strengthen the teaching mode of supply side reform,creating a teacher-student dialogue and interactive teaching mechanism;coordinating cognitive differences,establishing care-type teacher-student relationship;returning education essence,design ideal blueprint for the teachers and students etc to construct a new type teacher-student relationship of secondary vocational school under the perspective of craftsmanship spirit cultivation.It is expected to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the cultivation of the craftsmanship of secondary vocational students and the development of secondary vocational education,and at the same time,it also provides inspiration for the economic and social development of industrial transition. |
