Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsmanship Spirit In Higher Vocational Colleges Of Science And Engineering In Jiangxi Province

The Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued "Guidance on the development of manufacturing talent "Made in China 2025" in February 14,2017.To make a practical way to improve the personnel training system,to further improve the quality of manufacturing personnel,and to improve Chinese innovation.To facilitate china's transformation from a manufacturing giant with a focus on quantity to one with a qualitative edge,the need to vigorously cultivate modern craftsmen,this will be great significance to the development of economic and social of China.Higher vocational college as the main force of the training of skilled talents,seize the "Made in China 2025" era of opportunity,will contribute to the strong return of the " craftsmanship spirit " and the training of craftsmen.This study starts from the related concepts of higher vocational education,craftsmen spirit and craftsmanship spirit cultivation,through literature,questionnaire,interview.The study combined with the present situation of craftsmanship spirit of higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of cultivating craftsmanship spirit in Jiangxi vocational colleges.Furthermore,the study puts forward the optimization strategy of craftsmanship spirit cultivation in Jiangxi Higher Vocational Colleges.This paper could be divided into six parts: the first chapter is introduction.This part mainly discusses the research background,research significance and related literature review.In the part,it offers a general introduction of the paper,including research contents,concepts and methods.The second chapter analyzes the status of the cultivation of artisans in the higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province,and mainly combs the data of the questionnaire to understand the measures taken and the measures taken by the artisan spirit of the higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of cultivating the craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges of Science and Engineering,mainly expounds the present situation of craftsmanship spirit education in higher vocational colleges in our country,analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings in the course of development of craftsmanship spirit education the Jiangxi vocational colleges at the present stage.The fourth chapter studies the causes of the problems of artisan spirit education in higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province.In the fifth chapter offered some optimization strategies from four aspects: the government,the higher vocational colleges,the enterprises and the students themselves.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the article,summarizes the conclusions and the limitations of this paper,and clarifies the direction of future efforts.
