Research On Rural Women’s Vocational Education Optimization Strategies In Rural Revitalization Strategy

Education is the best way to transform human resources into human capital.Vocational education for rural women plays an unique role in developing rural women’s human resources,promoting the comprehensive development of rural women,and achieving social equity.Actively carrying out rural women’s vocational education is conducive to improving rural women’s cultural level,technical skills,and developing rural women’s human resources,and prompting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.In this paper,the towns of H and S in P County were selected as survey sites.Data were collected through questionnaire surveys and six rural women were interviewed in-depth to fully understand the basic situation of rural women’s vocational education in P County.Through the current situation of the development of rural women’s vocational education in county P.The current problems and dilemmas faced by rural women’s vocational education in P County mainly include the following 8 points: 1.The attractiveness of rural women’s vocational education is insufficient;2.The professional layout is unreasonable;3.The teacher resources are insufficient;4.The low proportion of rural women’s participation in training;5.Rural women’s vocational training resources are insufficient and channels are single;6.Rural women’s vocational training content is not rich;7.Rural women’s vocational training methods are not flexible;8.Lack of evaluation mechanism in training.Then it analyzes the era demands of rural women’s vocational education,and the realization of agricultural modernization and the development of local characteristic industries carried by rural women’s vocational education by combining the real needs of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy;In oeder to promote the rural civilization,inherit it and achive missions of social equity,the following optimization strategies are proposed: enhance the dynamics of professional settings;enhance the diversity and scientificity of teaching content;transform the rural women’s vocational education and training methods;enhance the stability of the teaching staff;mechanism.This paper believes that rural women are an important force that cannot be ignored in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In view of the problems and deficiencies of the current rural women’s vocational education,theyshould be targeted and multi-pronged to optimize the path to vigorously promote the healthy and sustainable devlopment of rural women’s vocational education,improve the overall quality of women in rural areas,satisfy the demands of rural women,then encourage and guide them to serve the rural revitalization and realize their own value.
