The proposal of Rural Revitalization Strategy formally marks that China’s social development has entered a new period.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is clearly proposed to build a modern and beautiful countryside.The 2035 plan and the 14 th five year plan all mentioned the Rural Revitalization Strategy again,which shows that the Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important strategy for building a moderately prosperous society and a socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics The key lies in people.Only by fully improving the supply of rural professionals can we promote rural modernization and further upgrade the agricultural industry.For a long period of time in the past,the cultivation of rural vocational talents and urban vocational talents have been in a state of "two-way battle".The cultivation of rural vocational talents has not been given due attention.There has been a big gap between the cultivation of rural vocational talents and Urban Vocational Talents in the allocation of policies,teachers,industry and other resources The imperfect talent training system,coupled with the rapid flow of rural population to the city,further leads to the rural professional talents in the quantity and quality level is difficult to meet the practical needs of the future new rural development.To sum up,this paper takes China’s rural real strategy as the background,and makes a systematic and in-depth study on the cultivation of rural professional talents in Liaoning Province from the perspective of public management.By using the methods of literature analysis,comparative research and field research,this paper analyzes the practical relationship between the cultivation of rural professional talents in Liaoning Province and China’s Rural Revitalization Strategy.On the current situation of rural vocational talents training in Liaoning Province,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the teaching quality,education scale,teaching methods,government attention and education funds of rural vocational talents training.On this basis,it explores the main problems of rural vocational talents training in Liaoning Province,such as the low quality of students,the low comprehensive level of teachers,the lack of agriculture related curriculum In view of the above problems,through further analysis,it is believed that the main reasons for the problems are the backward education concept,the lack of attraction of agriculture related vocational education to teachers,the fuzzy positioning of rural vocational personnel training and the imperfect system of agriculture related vocational personnel training.By learning from the experience of Germany,the United States and Australia,we believe that we should establish a scientific concept of rural vocational talents education,strengthen the teaching staff of agriculture related vocational talents training,scientifically formulate the teaching content,and scientifically establish the management system of rural vocational talents to realize the high-quality and high-volume training of rural vocational talents in Liaoning Province,and effectively help the Rural Revitalization Strategy The development of the new technology.
