The rural vitalization strategy is the main focus of work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era,Rural talent revitalization is the key to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,Rural vocational personnel training is an important way to revitalize rural personnel,and it is urgent to improve the quality of rural vocational training in Lishui rural revitalization.This paper mainly studies the problems existing in rural vocational training in Lishui under the background of rural revitalization strategy,Through questionnaires,site visits and interview surveys,the main measures and effectiveness of rural vocational training in Lishui were collected,and the policy measures of rural vocational training after the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy were collected,and statistics its effect.On the basis of a questionnaire survey on the training targets of rural vocational talents in Lishui,this paper sums up the deficiencies existing in various policies and measures of rural vocational talents training.The survey found that the current policies and measures for rural vocational training in Lishui have coordinated the resources of vocational schools,education departments and third-party training institutions to provide vocational training support to local trainees.From 2015 to 2021,the training scale of more than 60,000 people per year was maintained.However,the survey also found that in the training of rural vocational talents in Lishui City,there were problems such as insufficient utilization of scattered training points,insufficient utilization of equipment,low quality of training targets,insufficient continuous investment of funds,and insufficient pertinence and depth of training.At the same time,it was also found that different genders,different educational qualifications,and different household registrations would bring different satisfaction to trainers.In order to better analyze the impact of various factors on satisfaction,this paper uses a linear regression model to conduct regression analysis on each influencing factor,and concludes that the satisfaction of participants with high school education is lower than that of participants with lower junior high school education.Participants aged 18-30 were less satisfied than participants aged 18-30 years;The more knowledgeable the respondent is about farmer training policies,the higher his satisfaction;Respondents from training institutions had the highest satisfaction with policy understanding,respondents from government departments were the second,and respondents from relatives and friends had the lowest satisfaction.The more you want to participate in a training program,the higher your satisfaction.Finally,combined with the implementation background of rural revitalization strategy,the promotion strategy of rural vocational talent training in Lishui City is proposed;increasing the utilization of rural vocational training infrastructure;Stimulate the endogenous motivation of farmers and improve their enthusiasm for training;Maintain continuous investment in special funds for the training of rural vocational personnel;Improve the pertinence of rural vocational personnel training;Strengthen publicity on policies for the training of rural vocational personnel. |
