| On October 18,2017,General Secretary Xi proposed in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy from five aspects: industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization,and accelerate agricultural and rural modernization.Women are an important force in promoting agricultural and rural modernization,beneficiaries of and builders of rural revitalization.As an important main force of rural revitalization,the educational level of rural women is not only directly related to the growth and development of individuals,their families and their children,but also has a very important impact on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Taking rural women from N Village and S Village in L County,Shandong Province,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,field observation and inquiry were used to understand the education level of rural women in N Village and in-depth interview and their participation in rural revitalization.Using SPSS software to analyze the survey data,rural women education,learning new skills,restrict industry revitalization;insufficient education,teaching experience initiative,restrict talent revitalization;insufficient education,backward ideas,restrict cultural revitalization;insufficient education,environmental protection awareness,restrict ecological revitalization;insufficient education,lack of political participation consciousness,restrict organizational revitalization.Under ecosystem theory,the logic attribution of rural women is limited by historical,economic and educational environment,poor family economy,educational concept and lack of consciousness,and desire to learn new skills.Under the ecosystem theory,the social environment of rural women should improve the education of rural women;at the middle level,to create the family atmosphere to improve their education. |
