For national rejuvenation, the countryside will be revitalized.Two-way interaction of urban and rural resources is the basic requirement for realizing rural revitalization and balanced development of urban and rural areas. The complementarity of urban and rural sports resources provides an opportunity for two-way interaction of resources. The "14th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development" considers "sports for rural revitalization" as one of the important projects of sports development in the new era,and sports has been gradually included in the path system of breaking the urban-rural dual mechanism and realizing rural revitalization. The acceleration of sports to promote the two-way interaction of urban and rural resources is an important measure to promote the integrated development of urban and rural sports and facilitate the integration of urban and rural areas. This paper adopts a case study approach as a whole, and uses a combination of literature, fieldwork and in-depth interviews to take a typical case of a "sports+" featured village in Jinhua,in accordance with the "resource identification, resource import, resource integration" analysis framework, build the sports to promote two-way interaction between urban and rural resources theory mechanism. In addition, the main problems of two-way interaction between urban and rural resources in China are sorted out,and further suggestions are made to accelerate the two-way interaction between sports and urban-rural resources. The conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,it verifies that sports has the value of promoting two-way interaction between urban and rural resources, and forms the logic of sports promoting two-way interaction between urban and rural resources.First,it examines the regional resource factor interaction pattern, the difference between urban and rural sports resources, and the price and income expectations of urban and rural sports resources together guide the flow of urban and rural sports resources.Second, sports has a solid foundation to influence the two-way interaction between urban and rural resources: the "attractiveness" of sports production, the "stickiness" of consumption, the "simultaneous presence" of production and consumption, and the high industrial linkage has given the interaction between urban and rural resources a sports character.Once again, the relevant systems continue to guide the flow of sport resources between urban and rural areas.Second,a theoretical mechanism for sport to promote two-way interaction between urban and rural resources has been constructed. In general, the theoretical mechanism for sport to promote two-way interaction between urban and rural resources consists of three parts: based on the identification of urban and rural resources, with the import of urban and rural resources as the main body, and with the aim of achieving the integrated development of urban and rural resources.(1)In terms of resource identification, rural sports resources consist of sports event resources, sports tourism resources, sports culture resources and land resources, and urban sports resources consist of sports talent resources, sports capital resources and sports event resources, together form a resource system for sports to promote the interaction between urban and rural resources, and with complementary characteristics.(2)In terms of resource importation, according to the basic content of the resource integration process, the importation of urban and rural resources is not simply a process of "city to countryside" or "countryside to city",but a two-way interaction based on the return process of urban resources and the return of the countryside to the urban system. The push-pull theory explains how sport influences the return of resources from the city;after resources are injected into the countryside, sport forms a system of return to urban residents, industries, and the image of the city.(3)In terms of resource integration, the integration of highly complementary and matching urban and rural sport resources has led to integration at the factor, industry, and spatial levels.Third, the current two-way interaction between urban and rural sports resources still has certain limitations. In terms of resource awareness and value play, they are mainly manifested in the lack of awareness of the issue, insufficient awareness of the value of resources, and inadequate development and transformation of resources;in terms of resource flow, there is still a lack of attractiveness of rural elements, institutional barriers to the free flow of resources, and the accessibility of resources needs to be improved;in terms of resource integration, the degree of factor integration, industrial integration, and spatial integration all need to be improved.Fourth,in order to build a long-term mechanism for sport to promote two-way interaction between urban and rural resources,we should start from various aspects, such as the cornerstone of interaction, the platform of interaction and the direction of interaction:(1)Enhance the awareness of urban and rural subjects of the role of sports in bridging urban and rural resources, and fully grasp and utilize urban and rural sports resources, and choose appropriate and effective ways of resource development;(2)build an endogenous development mechanism for rural villages with sports characteristics, actively create an ecological environment for open and low-cost access to sports development resources, improve the accessibility of urban and rural sports resources, and build a resource flow mechanism with "people, money, land and projects" as its core;(3)speed up the improvement of resource coordination of urban and rural sports "elements-industry-space",and speed up the organic integration of urban and rural sports resources.
