As the main place for the implementation of vocational education,secondary vocational schools are responsible for the task of cultivating new technical talents with corresponding theoretical basis and practical operation ability.The employment quality of secondary vocational school graduates is an important standard to measure the quality of running a school,and it is also related to the development prospect of the country.At present,the employment of secondary vocational school graduates in our country is still facing many problems,which is highly concerned by all walks of life,and then enters the research field of contemporary educational scholars.It is true that the current economic and political environment has a big gap with the period of Nanjing National Government,but the two periods have something in common in the employment of vocational school graduates.Therefore,looking back on the process of employment management of secondary vocational school graduates in the period of Nanjing National Government,we can not only explore the root causes of the employment problem of secondary vocational school graduates from the historical perspective,but also provide some experience for the employment management of contemporary secondary vocational school graduates.This paper breaks the paradigm of the past scholars from the contemporary angle,takes history as the breakthrough point,comprehensive uses the literature research method,the history research method and the comparative research method,and concretely presents a process that on the basis of analyzing the problem,the main body of the governance,such as the government,the secondary vocational school and the social strength takes various measures to control the employment problem of the secondary vocational school graduates in the period of Nanjing National Government,and sums up thecharacteristics of the present and the results achieved,and further the contemporary enlightenment of the employment management of the secondary vocational school graduates in the period of Nanjing National Government.The full text mainly includes four parts:The first part mainly analyzes the employment predicament of secondary vocational school graduates during the period of Nanjing National Government.This dilemma is mainly highlighted from two aspects: one is the lack of a good employment environment;the other is the worrisome employment situation.Firstly,this paper analyzes the lack of good employment environment for graduates of secondary vocational schools during the period of Nanjing National Government from three aspects: political environment,economic environment and internal environment of vocational education.Secondly,from the employment rate,employment quality and employment gap three aspects to explain the Nanjing National Government secondary vocational school graduates employment difficulties,and specific analysis of the main causes of employment difficulties are: economic depression,limited funding for vocational education,secondary vocational schools themselves low quality,deep-rooted traditional ideas.The second part mainly studies the Nanjing National Government,secondary vocational schools and social forces three major governance subjects,based on the causes of the employment difficulties of secondary vocational school graduates,problem-oriented,through the formulation of reasonable economic development policies,guarantee vocational education funds,optimize the quality of secondary vocational schools,the implementation of vocational guidance and other measures to jointly manage the process of employment difficulties of secondary vocational school graduates.The third part focuses on the analysis and induction of secondary vocational school graduates employment governance characteristics and achievements in the period of Nanjing National Government.Starting with the different roles played by the government,secondary vocational schools and social forces in the process of governance,this paper summarizes the characteristics of employment governance for secondary vocational school graduates in this period.Then,by comparing the changes of employment situation before and after the governance,the paper summarizes the results of the employment governance of secondary vocational school graduates in the period of Nanjing National Government.The fourth part mainly analyzes the contemporary enlightenment of employment management of secondary vocational school graduates during the period of Nanjing National Government.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the employment of graduates of secondary vocational schools,we actively absorb the experience in the employment management of graduates of secondary vocational schools during the period of Nanjing National Government,avoid the existing problems,and put forward reasonable suggestions suitable for solving the employment dilemma of graduates of secondary vocational schools at present. |
