| Secondary Vocational School graduates are the first-line talents in China’s labor market.The employment of secondary vocational school graduates is a problem that the government and even the whole society must pay attention to.Providing high-quality employment service for secondary vocational school graduates can improve the employment rate and employment quality of secondary vocational school graduates,and enable them to make outstanding contributions to the economic and social development of our country.In order to ensure the stable employment of secondary vocational school graduates under the new normal of social economy,the government should not only provide public welfare jobs and policy support,but also pay attention to the employment of vocational education,establish a perfect employment service system,promote the healthy and sustainable development of vocational education,and cultivate more skilled talents for social development.In terms of employment of secondary vocational students,General Secretary Xi pointed out that the government has the responsibility to provide high-quality employment services for full employment and high-quality employment of secondary vocational students.Government departments,secondary vocational colleges and all sectors of society should attach great importance to the employment of secondary vocational students,so as to take corresponding measures to alleviate the severe situation of employment difficulties.Especially the local government,as the leader of promoting social employment,should further improve the service quality of secondary vocational students’ employment,deeply understand the employment demand of students,find out the problems existing in the employment service of the government,and further improve the employment service system.In this paper,Jining government employment service as the research object,through the investigation and study of Jining City employment service policy,employment propaganda mode,employment training mode,Employment Evaluation and other aspects of the problem,grasp the corresponding measures taken by Jining City Government,in view of the current situation of Jining City Government Employment Service,analyze the existing problems and reasons.Through the research,we found that there are mainly the following problems in the process of employment service for secondary vocational students in Jining City: lack of pertinence in employment service policy,inadequate employment publicity,lack of responsibility for employment training,inadequate protection of employment rights and interests,poor communication of employment information,unscientific Employment Evaluation Mechanism,etc.On the basis of finding and analyzing problems,this paper tries to find out the root of the problems and puts forward some suggestions.In view of the problems existing in the employment service of secondary vocational school graduates of Jining Municipal government,this paper puts forward improvement suggestions from six aspects: improving the employment service policy system,strengthening the employment publicity,clarifying the responsibilities of the government for employment training,improving the employment social security mechanism,establishing the employment database covering secondary vocational school students,and establishing a scientific employment evaluation mechanism,so as to improve the quality of the government’s employment service To improve the employment satisfaction rate of secondary vocational students and promote high-quality employment of secondary vocational students. |
