As a secondary vocational school that cultivates knowledge and skills talents in China,it is necessary to improve the quality of education and teaching,improve the effect of classroom teaching,and maximize the effect of talent training.At the same time,under the background of Internet + vocational education,the traditional classroom teaching mode has obviously been unable to meet the personalized learning needs of students,and online learning is not limited by time and space,so the traditional teaching mode has also been transformed into a new teaching mode of hybrid,mobile and interactive.Therefore,more and more scholars pay attention to the exploration of interactive teaching mode on We Chat platform.This study attempts to We Chat platform as a technical support,the advantages of traditional teaching combined with the advantages of digital teaching,build the interactive teaching mode based on We Chat platform,and apply it to the school in classroom teaching of the tourist service etiquette,verify that the application of teaching mode to promote interaction between teachers and students,promote the students’ personalized development has a certain significance.Paper first at home and abroad about and mobile instant messaging software is applied in teaching literature,clarify the function of "We Chat",interactive teaching mode and related concepts,on the constructivism theory,effective teaching theory and teaching theory,Dewey "learning by doing" theory as the basis,using literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interviews and other research methods,analysis of We Chat platform used in secondary vocational tourism status quo and feasibility of the professional teaching,and select the tourist service etiquette course in secondary vocational tourism in the second chapter of "gestures etiquette course content as a teaching case,The implementation of interactive teaching cases was carried out by We Chat classroom school and We Chat public account platform.The research conclusions mainly include the following aspects:Firstly,through the questionnaire survey to understand the application status of We Chat platform in secondary vocational tourism teaching courses,the survey found that there are some problems with the use of We Chat platform in secondary vocational tourism teaching,for example,teachers expressed their willingness to use We Chat platform to assist teaching and had great expectations,but chose not to try because of the low atmosphere around.At the same time,the lack of teachers’ understanding of the educational functions of We Chat platform,as well asthe limitation of network environment and other factors will also affect the utilization rate of We Chat platform in secondary vocational tourism teaching.Secondly,in view of the We Chat platform used in the current situation of secondary vocational tourism teaching and analyzes the limitations of the existing problems and causes,puts forward the ascension We Chat platform application in the secondary vocational tourism teaching countermeasures,and designed the We Chat platform based interactive teaching mode applied in the teaching way,including class leading science,class interaction,after-school review in these three aspects.Tirdly.Based on the above research,We Chat classroom school and self-built We Chat public account platform were used to implement the secondary vocational course "tourism service etiquette" and carry out teaching practice in A vocational school with certain results.The practical application of the interactive teaching mode based on We Chat platform in teaching helps to activate the classroom atmosphere,and the teaching content of auxiliary learning and skills conforms to the personalized needs of students,as well as helps students master the course knowledge and work skills.In addition,We Chat platform interactive teaching mode greatly improved students’ independent learning ability,understanding of tourism service etiquette knowledge and memory ability and learning interest,indicating that the teaching effect is effective and the relationship between teachers and students is more harmonious than before.
