| With the promotion and popularization of network technology,our life is becoming more and more convenient,which brings us many opportunities and challenges.5G+ Internet has reconstructed the ecology of secondary vocational education.Spread along with the development of communication technology and ecological change,since the media as a new medium of information dissemination and cultural integration of the carrier,the media is everywhere a subtle influence on the society and people’s life,at the same time brought contemporary secondary raw learning way of life,the influence of different level for the current management provide new channels and means of secondary vocational students.But as a result of secondary vocational students’ management consciousness is not strong,lack of management knowledge and ability,often brings to the secondary vocational school students in the management of poor efficiency,in this paper,the research tried to explore,in the media age secondary vocational students’ management problems and put forward relevant strategies,in order to improve the management of secondary vocational school students in the breach,for colleges and universities to carry out the exploration of students’ management mode to provide certain reference value and significance.The research object of this study is A University of Guangdong Province,and the research methods mainly include literature research,interview,questionnaire survey,case survey,etc.Combining with personal work practice,A series of investigations are conducted on the current situation of student self-management in this university.Under the background of this article reality since the media age,to the secondary vocational student’s independent consciousness of the form,the practice of autonomous management way,the establishment of autonomous behavior,the path of self orientation of vocational skills as research practice,based on the secondary vocational student’s study life,physical and mental development,vocational orientation management at all levels of self-discipline and internalization ofautonomous management system research,to secondary vocational student’s study of autonomous management,independent management,physical and mental health,life career planning management four aspects to the student individual autonomy management present situation investigation research.By SPSS statistics,the questionnaire survey data collected in the classified collection and analysis,combined with the students,parents,teachers and students interview analysis,from schools,teachers,parents’ education and management and the individual level for the students’ autonomous management optimization are proposed,to improve the practice effectiveness of moral character education,deepen the students’ actual practice substantive self-management education,for secondary vocational school education teaching,has certain theoretical significance and meaning. |
