At present,the rapid development of all aspects of society,asks for higher requirements for talents.Secondary vocational school training students' goals can not only limited in the cultural course grades and skills training,training of students'self-management ability is not only the students' self-development needs,it is also the age of students proposed requirements.Many teachers are influenced by the traditional education ideas and concepts,often use "nanny","police" or "nanny" + "police type"management of the class,not to please.Class autonomous management model is to adapt to the requirements of the times and the actual demand of the students of a kind of management mode,teacher should pay attention to training secondary vocational school students sense of independent management,self-management ability,we should liberate them and train the students to be qualified personnel for the society.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.Firstly,the significance of the research on the independent management of the students in the secondary vocational school is put forward.Secondly,this paper introduces the domestic and foreign research status of the autonomous management of classes.Third,to define the concept of class management.Fourth,introduce the theoretical basis of the autonomous management of class.Finally,the research methods of this paper are introduced.The second part,A survey on the current situation of students' self-management in secondary vocational schools.Mainly in Suzhou Jiangsu silk secondary school students through a questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of the students in the class management advice and suggestions.The third part,To analyze the problems existing in the class management of the current secondary vocational school,to find the reasons behind the problems.Including the restriction of traditional education concept,role of their own biases;school class autonomous management system is not perfect,resulting in class management at random;the lack of proper understanding of the status of students,ignoring students' subjective initiative;students' self-management consciousness,lack of class self-management initiative;evaluation the work of the school is not scientific,hindering the implementation of class self-management;teacher professional is not strong,lack of advanced management ideas and effective methods of class management etc..The fourth part,Aiming at the problems in the independent management of the class in the secondary vocational school,this paper puts forward the solutions and strategies.Mainly includes the following aspects:pay attention to the construction of teachers' team,realize the classteacher specialization;the elimination of the traditional culture of the fetters of Class Autonomous management,to realize the transformation of teacher's role;perfecting the system of class self-management rules;improve the teacher evaluation system,to create conditions for the realization of Class Autonomous management;the establishment of a comprehensive.The operation mechanism,to achieve full participation;improve the quality of students' self-management,make every student of the class cadre training to take charge as chief of;the establishment of a sun transparent supervision and inspection system,make class autonomous management more safeguards;enhance the class cohesion;the integration of various educational resources,the formation of harmonious education team.
