| Secondary vocational education is the "basic education" in vocational education,and it is the main body of vocational education in China.Secondary vocational schools shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high-quality skilled talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor for the country.Class self-management is to emphasize the student-oriented,teacher-led management mode,stimulate students’ enthusiasm and initiative to participate in class management,It is conducive to the cultivation of students’ self-management ability,the realization of the comprehensive independent development of secondary vocational students,and the achievement of the wonderful life of secondary vocational students.Dezhou D Secondary Vocational School is a municipal key secondary vocational school,which has accumulated some experience in the process of class self-management and formed a strong research atmosphere.In this study,by taking Dezhou D secondary vocational school as an example,350 students and 52 teachers were selected by combining the method of questionnaire survey method,interview method and literature research method as the respondents,questionnaires were distributed,and 4 school leaders and 1 parent were interviewed.The content in the survey covers the current situation about the class self-learning management,class self-organization management,class self-cultural management,class independent evaluation management and so on.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,it is found that the main problems in the class self-management are: the class independent learning goal is not clear,the learning efficiency is low;the class independent organization construction is not in place,the class cadre management ability is limited;the class independent cultural atmosphere is not strong,the relationship about teachers and students should not be harmonious;the class independent evaluation mechanism is not scientific,and the incentive effect is poor.Through analysis the reasons are mainly as follows: first,students’ autonomous management consciousness,lack of initiative,second,the teacher in charge management ability to improve,role positioning fuzzy,third,the school class management attention is insufficient,security does not reach the designated position,the fourth,parents participate in class autonomous management is low,lacking of care for the children.Based on the above,this study gives the optimization strategy of class independent management in secondary vocational schools from the following four aspects.First,to create a class management atmosphere,improve the awareness and ability of secondary vocational students.Add posts,build high-quality class cadre team;carry out activities to temper students’ self-management ability.Update the philosophy,pay attention to the two aspects of the class teacher vocational training.Third,improve the guarantee mechanism to escort the independent management of the class.Including the school leaders to establish the concept of self-management. |
