| With the deepening of national quality-oriented education and teaching reform,the independent management of secondary vocational classes has become one of the important contents of education reform.The cultivating goal of students in Secondary vocational schools is not only to improve students’ academic performance and practical skills,but also to cultivate the students’ ability of autonomous management,which is not only the self development needs of secondary vocational student’s,but also needs of education teaching reform of the teacher in secondary vocational school.Many teachers are following the traditional class management method,which means to work as mother or father to manage the class,but the result was dissatisfied.The mode of class independent management in secondary vocational schools is to apply the management theories,education theories and pedagogy to the practice of independent management of secondary vocational classes to enhance students’ awareness of independent management and ability of independent management,to cultivate students’ sense of ownership,collective responsibility and sense of honor,to achieve a new educational management model of student-centered relationship between teachers and students,and to establish a democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students,to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers’ work,and to create a good education environment.The research is based on humanistic management theory and subjective education theory,combining the domestic and foreign related research results.The author choose30 teachers and 150 students as the samples in L Technical Secondary School of Science and technology to study the condition of school’s class independent management,distributing class independent management questionnaire related to the problems,finally finding out the problems about class independent management based on the survey data and results analysis of class independent management.There are many problems of class independent management in L Technical Secondary School of Science and technology: low degree of cultural construction of class independent management,less democratic autonomous management incentive mechanism,low degree of the democratic degree of class independent management,poor students’ self-management ability and ineffective performance of the class cadre.A deep insight into the cause of problem appears for the problems: Firstly,the management subject has a weak sense of autonomous management.Secondly,the class independent management evaluation mechanism is not reasonable;Thirdly,the class independent management guarantee system is not perfect.In order to solve the problems of the class independent management in L Technical Secondary School of Science and technology,the following countermeasures are proposed:Firstly,to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of the head teacher;Secondly,to cultivate students’ self-management consciousness;Thirdly,to construct the class independent management culture;Fourthly,to construct a reasonable class independent management evaluation system;Fifthly,to improve the guarantee mechanism of the class independent management. |
