In new era of internet and industry 4.0+student management has undergone fundamental changes.These changes are reflected in the changes educators’management concept,the innovation of management methods and the optimization of man-agement mode.In order to achieve sustainable development,secondary vocational school students need not only the necessary knowledge and skills,but also the ability of self-management in life planning and self-control.Students’ self-management is a kind of management mode that fully authorizes students’ organizations and students themselves,so as to stimulate students’ learning,life,communication,work consciousness and creativity.Independent management fully pays attention to the development of students’ potential and the publicity of their personality,and pays attention to the unity of students’ personal goals and secondary vocational school training goals.In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation of self-management of vocational school students,combined with humanism theory,Bandura social cognitive theory,Victor Fromm’s expectation theory,from the theoretical level to sort out and analyze the status of self-management and put forward improvement strategies.This paper chooses the current situation and countermeasures of self-management of secondary vocational students as the research object.Through the investigation of the actual situation of self-management of D Secondary Vocational School in Jiangsu Province,it mainly analyzes the understanding of self-management of teachers and students,and the self-management of students in the dimensions of self-awareness,self-learning,communication,life,emotion and time.On this basis,it analyzes the four problems that exist in the self-management of secondary vocational students:the old concept of managers;the old management methods,which do not form a joint force of education;the organizational structure and system which are not systematic and clear enough;the lack of self-management ability of secondary vocational school students.On this basis,the reasons for the problems are analyzed.There are external and internal factors that restrict the level of self-management of secondary vocational school students.School environment,community environment and family environment are external constraints,while secondary vocational school students’ own quality,self-management awareness and ability are internal factors.This paper mainly uses literature method and questionnaire method to study.In the early stage,literature method is mainly used to accumulate,sort out and fully analyze the resource information,so as to lay the foundation for the follow-up in-depth research.In the middle and later period,the questionnaire survey and interview were conducted around the self-management of D Secondary Vocational School in Jiangsu Province,and the questionnaire and interview data were analyzed scientifically and quantitatively and sorted out.On this basis,it puts forward five countermeasures to promote its specialization,namely,to change the management concept,to give full play to the subjectivity of student management;to improve the management methods,to stimulate the potential of independent management;to improve the management system;to ensure the independent management of secondary vocational students;to form the joint force of independent management through home-school cooperation and school enterprise cooperation;to improve the quality of secondary vocational school students and stimulate their potential of independent management.The self-management of students should be promoted by means of mechanism improvement,personality cultivation,process infiltration and emotional enrichment,internalized by means of behavior incentive,model demonstration,peer mutual assistance,self-examination,etc.Adhere to the combination of heteronomy and self-discipline,incentive and restraint,highlight human-oriented care,provide value guidance and behavior guidance for students,and seek the dynamic balance of efficienc logic and emotional logic in management so as to achieve the management and education effect of the unity of knowledge and practice and the integration of emotion and reason.
