Winter training is the preparation stage of Sprinters’ annual big cycle,the important stage of Sprinters’ physical,technical,psychological and many other aspects of competitive ability reserve,and the important stage of improving their competitive state.The effect of winter training directly affects the competition state after next spring,and indirectly affects the arrangement and performance of key events of the year.Therefore,good winter training is an excellent sprinter What athletes must pay attention to.In this study,Wu Zhiqiang,an excellent male sprinter in China,was used as a case to systematically organize the training arrangements for the winter training cycle of the 2019 World Championships in track and field using literature data,expert interviews,case analysis,follow-up observation and mathematical statistics.Follow-up observation,understand and analyze the division of winter training cycle,different stages of training tasks,main training content,training methods and methods used,and the arrangement of training load,summarize the characteristics and laws of winter training,and develop and optimize the future winter training Provide a reference to provide a reference example for other excellent male sprinters in China to carry out winter training.Through research,the following conclusions are obtained:1.Wu Zhiqiang’s preparation for the 2019 Winter Track and Field Championships’ winter training cycle is divided into an adaptation phase,a basic training phase,and a combined training and training phase.The three training phases are closely linked,with regular training arrangements and clear training objectives.Form,improve training intensity,and cultivate competitive status.2.In this winter training,foreign coaches formulated long-term training plans and short-term training plans around the goal of the competition.With the change of Wu Zhiqiang’s competitive ability,the coaches gradually adjusted and changed the training content.Through dedicated and meticulous training methods,Wu Zhiqiang’s competitive ability is developed in a targeted manner.3.During the winter training,foreign coaches have strictly controlled the rest time.The weekly training arrangement is staged.The training is scheduled to be adjusted on Wednesday and Saturday.The rest is on Sunday.In the training class,the intermittent time between the groups is precisely controlled,so as to ensure that the athletes complete the training tasks of each class with high quality.4.Foreign coaches arranged starting skills and midway running skills training based on Wu Zhiqiang’s "stride and frequency" characteristics,and the training methods were highly specialized.Core strength and rapid strength training run through each lesson,intended to supplement the strength short board through the accumulation of training quantity.5.Foreign coaches always maintain the load when arranging the basic training phase.They do not emphasize the training load intensity.The maximum load intensity is arranged in the combination of training and practice.Through the competition to increase the athlete’s load intensity,this avoids the early stage.Fatigue occurs during training,and athletes can be trained to compete under special conditions.6.The winter training cycle training is more efficient.Wu Zhiqiang achieved10″17 personal best results after the winter training.The training content and training load arrangement of the entire training cycle are scientific and regular,and the effect of the substitute training is better.High training value.
