This paper takes the winter training arrangement of China’s short distance swimmer Liu Xiang in 2019-2020 as the research object,and makes a systematic analysis and research on the content,training load,training methods and means and training effect of Liu Xiang’s winter training by using the method of literature,interview,field observation,case study and mathematical statistics.The training data were presented by GraphPad Prism 7.0 software.Through systematic analysis,induction and summary,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Liu Xiang winter training to comprehensively improve the competitive ability.Among them,physical stamina and explosive power are the key points,technique is the key to improve the first 15 meters of underwater legs and the effect of each stroke,psychologically break the "comfort zone" and strengthen the psychological goal setting.2.The overall training arrangement is divided into five parts:recovery training stage,aerobic endurance stage,special improvement stage,special speed and explosive power stage,and pre-competition training stage.The training objectives of each stage are clear and the structural design is interlinked.3.Water training is mainly based on repeated training method,interval training method and continuous training method.Kick training device and 1080 traction instrument are used to improve the quality of special explosive force of underwater swimming legs.In land training,compound training is used to improve explosive power and strength level,and breathing trainers and pressure equipment are used to improve respiratory function and muscle endurance,so as to realize scientific training arrangement.4.The training arrangement follows the principles of land and water balance and individualized training,so as to achieve the balance of training content,physiological and psychological balance,and the balance between recovery and training,so as to achieve the maximum benefit of training.5.The training load is divided into two parts:water and land physical fitness.The load quantity shows a rhythm of rising first and then falling,and the load intensity is low first and then high,which shows a trend of maintaining,so as to achieve good adaptation.
